I don't remember anything.

The curtains in the bed make me feel more comfortable. The coffee available all day is a plus. Very professional staff. Beding was new and clean. Building well maintained and clean.

I don’t really have anything I didn’t like but I would recommend to print something on your key cards. They really easy to loose on the white bed sheets, a white table or in the locker itself. Also it’s impossible to put them together when you’re with a group…

I loved all of it. The rooms are great - they were clean, big and everyone had as much privacy as you can have in a room like that. I felt very safe with my belongings because of the lockers and the card system. What I liked the most about the property was the entry hall! The pool table is a great way to connect people. The kitchen and the breakfast are also pretty good!

I sent an email requesting a bottom bed and it was not fulfilled. Not even acknowledged. Bathrooms could be cleaner but that really depends on the guests.

The beds have curtains, which is great. The bathrooms are also private, not gym style. Comforter and 2 pillows provided. Good breakfast in a large area. Very organized and safe. Friendly staff.

I wish there had been a standard “lights out” time for the large overhead room lights. Each bunk could keep their light on longer, but there was one night the overhead was on past midnight and one where we walked in around 10 to find it already off. Another thing that I wish we had control of was room temperature. I was too warm most of the time, even without the comforter they provided. Also no top sheet to have an in between option. Finally, I wish there had been a quicker way in the morning to get going without having to wash your own dishes. I didn’t know that would be required and hadn’t budgeted time for it.

Breakfast was just enough to get us going, not enough to dampen our appetite for New Orleans treats. I highly appreciated the tea and coffee service 24/7. I was glad we had the choice to pick a room with all one gender. And the fact that we could leave our stuff in a locker after we checked out on our last day was wonderful.

I liked everything

Super friendly staff and great location. The bed was comfy and the curtain gives you enough privacy. I loved that the washrooms are all private with shower, sink and toilet and they have shampoo and body wash and a hair dryer. Towels and bath mats are provided as well. Breakfast is a good simple on with different cereals, bagels, toast, muffins and boiled eggs and cream cheese and jam. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again!

Nothing. Shower, toilet and sink were all in one room which sometime make hard to use a little bit of water if someone is taking long shower.

Privacy in each beds helped a lot. Refrigerator in kitchen were very clean every day and found much space available.

Room was on the outside corner, so loud music on canal street at night was a bit of a bother, but headphones helped. I think there were earplugs available at the reception

The dorm floor needed some sweeping. Stayed in a female dorm. Made the mistake of walking without my slippers. Lots of hair and debris. People walk in from the grimey street and well, the floors are filthy.

I thought the breakfast was generous despite being continental. I liked the quiet library since I had to get some work done. I also did laundry, so I appreciated the free laundry. I just had to buy soap pods.

Noise from the street in the evening (police sirens) but it didn't bother us too much.

We stayed in a private room, it was nice and cozy. The breakfast was good and there's tea and coffee available 24/7. You can use the laundry room which has washing machines and dryers. They provide lockers to leave your luggage after your check-out. 15 min walking distance to the French Quarter.

Location a tad sketchy but nothing out of the ordinary for NOLA - great walking distance to everything you could want.

The room was very spacious, had a queen bed plus a bunk and its own private BR. AC too. Don’t let the hostel title scare you off, this place is fantastic. The lobby is so much fun, and the kitchen is such that you could make every meal yourself and never have to spend money out.
