You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaStaff was not good. I asked for a blanket and 2 pillows (as I aways do). New owners got really huffy and proclaimed that my request was out of line in some way! I NEVER got what I asked for. I had to use one of my bags under my head. The beds do not have real blankets. Room drafty; had to turn on heat and use own blanket. I need support for my aching back.

United States of AmericaThe hotel manager was nice. But the cleaning people were very rude in in considerate. They kept banging on the walls when they would clean other rooms close to mine. One of the cleaners jumped in front of my car when I was leaving one time. The cleaning people are the only one who ruined the experience for me.
The room have a old school feel. It was clean and cozy. Everything in the room worked and no bugs.

United States of AmericaWe felt that more attention could go towards cleaning. We didn’t like that the floors weren’t clean. The floors were dirty and we didn’t walk barefoot in the room. The pillows on our bed were older. I’m sure if we asked for new pillows, they would’ve been replaced. The staff was very helpful.
The staff was very friendly and polite. We ended up extending our stay. There were several other hotels in the area that were a tad bit less, but we felt comfortable staying here. We do plan on staying here again because of the location and convenience.

United States of AmericaI felt that the room we stayed in could have used a bit more attention. Unfortunately, the floors were a bit dirty so my boyfriend and I avoided walking barefoot while in the room. It was really hot during our time in Pasadena and the pool wasn’t open, but the hotel did mention this before we arrived.
The staff was very nice and polite. They made sure my boyfriend and I got whatever we needed. We liked the location of the hotel because it’s near several stores and restaurants. It’s about 10 minutes walking to the train station.

United States of AmericaThe bed in Room 101 needs a new mattress! It was so uncomfortable. I kept sliding because it is shot! First tome in all the times I have stayed here that the mattress was bad. Also, bed hadn't headboard so I had to ask for pillows to not keep hitting head on the wall Asked for a blanket and got one with holes in it!!

United States of America1. TV NOT set up to work properly! My son had to climb up and do programming. 2. Remote control NEVER worked properly. I could never get volume to work. I am in wheelchair; had to wake him up to change volume AND turn it off!! When I tried to speak to the owner of the motel about the issues, he refused to be quiet and listen to me. He kept talking! He was rude!
