THE POOL AND HOT TUB ARE NOT IN THE BACKYARD!! You have to go into the next house's yard! A trailer is up against the house w/ renters!! Another is in the back of the house!! A pay laundry area is behind the door in the kitchen dining area! (not secure lick on our side)We heard machines & strange men's voices until almost 1 am. With light shining through the gap! THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE HOUSE ANOTHER APARTMENT IS BUILT AGAINST THE BACK OF THE HOUSE! NO LOCK ON INSIDE OF THE FRONT DOOR! The bathroom window was broken, and the drain rusted out. Fruit flies in the bathroom drain & kitchen. 1/2. Empty beer cans are lying in the driveway & at the front door. The place was dirty. Strange men are roaming around shirtless! The smell of marijuana came in at 11 am -assuming it was under the gin the door!! My 14 found a knife on the ground w/ a long blade near the pool! More extensive than a steak knife! HORRIFING EXPERIENCE!! We have documented pictures & left it 2 days cleaner then found!! No laundry as stated! The shared paid w/ all other tenants!! Not a 3 Bath hm as listed! Dirty!! The owner was outside our 1st night shirtless digging gravel & cement along side of the house w/ radio on until around midnight!! Bathroom glass windows falling out of frames outside hot air & light comes through! Someone can easily gain access from outside! ALL BEDROOM BLINDS MISDING SECTIONS -SOMEONE CAN EASILY SEE IN WHEN ITS DARK OUT! Fridge was dirty! Crumbs on counter& floors, under toaster machine. Drained dirty w/ fruit size flies. Holes in doors. Underware left out in closet. Dust / fuzz clumps in corners under beds & closets! I can go on... and on! I've been renting over 25yrs, never seen this terrible conditions!

The facilities are not as described. The pool and other areas are shared with the host house next door. Which we did not get to partake in due to a situation that came up with the host that required us finding other lodging.

The location was very dusty and is definitely not as nice as the pictures. Dust from the vents and in corners. My Mom and niece got sick and we had to leave. Owner offered to clean but the house needs a deep cleaning. We tried to get our money back through booking.com but were unable to.

Susan and Leo were so warm and welcoming right from the start. They gave us many recommendations from beaches, to shopping, restaurants, and even a carnival with the worlds largest sand sculpted Christmas tree. The back yard is amazing with plenty of room for all the guests to hang out. We really like the house itself as well, it is very clean and well maintained the kitchen is pretty spacious with plenty of cooking utensils. the bedrooms are super cute with comfortable beds. All in all our group felt right at home. there is no better place to stay in west palm beach!!

everything that i saw stay away at all cost

i cant say anything bad abt the interior because i refused to go inside. there is no pool there were cars parked on the lawn in front of the property. there were 2 mobile homes parked on the side of the house. a mess on the other side of the property leading to a total mess of a yard. worst experience i have ever had

It was a drive to the beach, but still not long. Wish there were a little more restaurants closer to the house, but there were plenty in a short distance.

The host were amazing. Loved our private pool. We had our own patio in the back to use as well. Our host were amazing. So much fun.
