The interior was a little dated, a quilt instead of a washable duvet, and the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The kitchen didn't have any staples so we couldn't cook. It's hard to buy a full container of oil, salt and pepper for just a few meals, especially when you fly there. It would be nice to have those.

Wonderful service from Christina. Lot of thanks . The prices everywhere in Florida exploded so much, that the value does not worth it. It is nothing personal concerning the Siesta Key Heron. It is a general economic situation that harms Florida tourism.

My daughter sat on the couch for 10 minutes and got over 11 bites from God know what. The bites were located to just the parts of the legs that were touching the couch fabric. This was highly disturbing and if we would have been staying longer than 1 evening, we would have asked to move units. Fortunately we were only at the villa for less than 3 hours, as we had dinner reservations and than came home went to bed and check out was at the outrageous hour of 10am. We were happy to leave. I will say that we would stay there again if they would get their furniture sprayed for fleas, scabies or whatever bit my daughter so aggressively.

Was hard to find the entrance. Had to make landmarks so we knew where to turn kept passing it. The room smelt like propane whenever we came back from somewhere. Opened the window to air it out. Had instructions on how to unluck the door but couldn't lock door when we left. Some of the paddle boards have holes and the launch is over grown hard to use.. The bikes are old and falling apart. My son was riding one and the chain fell off. Thankfully, someone helped us that had a tool to fix it. Toaster was old and our waffles got stuck in it.

Beautiful landscaping, nice view. Comfortable very secluded place. Close to town. Was peaceful except for some guest blasting music while we were using the pool. Pool was nice and heated. Plenty of extras to use for the beach. Trolly stops right outside the entrance.

The sofa bed mattress needed to be cleaned or replaced. There was a slight musty smell upon entering the apartment. Figuring out how to lock the door from the outside was confusing. The pool was full of leaves.

The location was very good. The apartment was clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen has a really nice refrigerator and stove along with a Keurig, decent cookware, and all you need for meals. Great shower in the bathroom along with plenty of clean towels. Siesta Key beach was gorgeous. The total price for the apartment was quite reasonable specially in comparison with the other rentals on Siesta Key.

The only thing that could improve is closer to the beach but you can't beat this price for this location.

View was the pool, easy to use the bikes, kayaks and paddle boards, short drive to close beach.

The 3 bedroom house needed a good deep cleaning. The floors were dusty and didn't give us a very clean feeling. The whole house needs to be painted on the inside as well. It is the beach so contending with sand must be a challenge but I feel like they can do better! Also, the shower curtains in the master bathroom need to be replaced, they were dirty. The deck on the back needs replacing and the sofa was leather in the picture but when we got there it was a dusty upholstery that was not what we expected and was very unpleasant.

The 3 bedroom house was very spacious, we enjoyed the location for the beautiful neighborhood and amenities such as free washers and dryers, the pool area was nice and the lagoon offered an extra touch. My husband and son went fishing in the lagoon and caught some nice size fish. The dishes and kitchen amenities were also convenient to have.

The beds weren't so comfortable, too many bugs and mosquitoes outside.

Overall nice apartment and nice area and pool. Good laundry possibilities.

The floors were not barefoot clean. Some more beach/pool towels would've been appreciated as a few more rolls of toilet paper and garbage bags. We encountered a couple of roaches while there.

Beautiful view and lots of room. Updated kitchen. Short ride to local beaches. Laundry on site. EV charging on site. Pool was larger than expected.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Great location and amenities. The only thing I would correct is 2 rolls of toilet paper instead of 1 and dish soap. Other than that great stay.

There were roaches in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. The floors downstairs were popping up out of there seems from being wrapped. The pool had debris in the bottom that was not vacuumed out. Trash and old socks under the bed upstairs and trash on deck outside downstairs.

The size of the place and the pool but they were both not thoroughly cleaned. There were bikes available which was nice. The kayak and paddle boards were nice as well.

Didn't like no TV in the bedroom, not that big of a deal though. The pull out bed in the living room did not stay down and lifted up while we were on it.

We loved how quiet it was. We loved the pool area. We loved easy self check in.

Cute little place. Clean. Staff was helpful and quick to accommodate when I called for a maintenance issue. I jumped in to take a shower and the handle fell off in my handle. The showerhead doesn't really face down but toward the shower entrance. So here I am, getting sprayed with cold water, water shooting out past the curtain all over the floor. I got the handle on long enough to turn the water off. What a mess! I called sbout that and a cracked bathroom window. Both were taken care of quickly. The maintenance man apologized for the mishap and oversite upon inspection prior to our stay. This is about a mile from turtle beach, but turtle beach is being really not very usable right now as they are replenishing sand. You really need to go to Siesta Beach, which is about 3 miles or so down the road and is beautiful. Bed was comfy. Furniture was cute. Kichen was renovated. There is a pool but we never used it. The dock outside on the lake was nice, but some of the chairs were in bad shape and torn. I noticed they were gone a few days into our stay. It was still nice to be on the water, even though it was a lake and not the Gulf or bay. Parking is tight. Not a lot of room to manuever as there was a big boat in the lot and bicyles. Signage should be bigger or lit up. It's easy to miss because the sign is small. If you're coming from Turtle beach area, there is no sign facing that way, so we did end up passing the lot. Beach towels and beach chairs were provided. Dishes, glasses etc were provided but were a bit unmatched. Keurig was a bit temperamental, but we managed. Overall, it was a cute little place, short ride to the beach and enough room for two people at a much lower price than places on the Gulf or Bay side.

Would have really liked a TV in the bedroom. My husband slept on the couch both nights due to always sleeping with a TV on and he gets up all through the night.
