Seriously the only con is that the place needs a little updating.

This is a very cute property sitting in the perfect location. We loved the ability to walk to everything! The breakfast was great both mornings with portions that truly satisfied. The staff was very quick and friendly. You are so close to the middle of town yet feels like you are secluded and hear almost nothing except the animal noises which was peaceful.

Located in a great part of town, the entire downtown is within walking distance. The breakfast was awesome, and they deliver it at the requested time. Would definitely stay here again, and would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

The location was not walkable to much. Parking was a little complicated. Neither would keep us from booking again.

The host was very helpful and took the time to demonstrate how to use features in the cottage like the gas fireplace and spa tub. As a surprise he upgraded us to a bigger accommodation that was not booked for the time of our stay!

Hidden Springs is a great place to stay! We stayed there the first part of December. We stayed at the Slumber Hill cottage and it was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. I loved using the gas fireplace! The next morning coffee and a delicious breakfast was brought to our cottage. What a treat to not have to get dressed and go somewhere for breakfast! We never met John in person because he had a family emergency but I spoke to him on the phone and he was very nice and helpful. His assistant April was so nice and very helpful as well. She told us how to walk into town from the cottage which was an easy walk and gave us dining ideas and made sure we had everything we needed. We were treated as special guests:-) I highly recommend staying at Hidden Springs.

We liked it. Suggest they put coasters on the night stand. Possibly have a larger chair to sit in. We didn't watch tv, but if we had it could have been up a tad higher.

The host was very friendly. Brought us our coffee and breakfast when we wanted it.

It was all great. Literally zero complaints.

My husband and I were very happy with our stay here. The owner is an absolute gem and the friendliest, most accommodating host we’ve ever had. We were in the Carriage House, which is (I believe) the smallest of the rooms but we didn’t feel cramped or that it was too small at all. It being a separate cottage was also a bonus. Having breakfast delivered to our private deck each morning was one of the highlights of our trip. Delicious food and a beautiful view to start each day. The location was fantastic—we sometimes chose to walk to the downtown shopping area, and it was a short, easy walk. When we did decide to drive, it only took about 2 minutes to get to the main area. We were also just down the street from the Crescent and the Railway, where we did the dinner train. This was our first time to Eureka Springs but we definitely plan to be back and will choose to stay at Hidden Springs again.

There was nothing I didn’t like about our stay at Hidden Springs.

The breakfast was phenomenal and served right on time! The staff was so friendly and helpful with it all. Always there when we needed service but gave us our privacy. It was so perfect!

Our room was small, but clean. I will make sure and book a room with a king size bed the next time.

Breakfast was great! Amber took good care of us. She made sure I had a good breakfast. I could not eat the egg casserole, so she she fixed me some wonderful pancakes! My husband loved the casserole, however.

Breakfast every morning was so good and peaceful outside on the patio, but I wish there were more options for gluten free and dairy free. No real complaints though - the owner was very accommodating where he could be! :)

The location was most ideal - close enough to walk to downtown, but far enough where it was quiet and peaceful. I could walk to anything from the Christ of the Ozarks statue to the Crescent Hotel to the downtown area with shopping and restaurants. The B&B was so nice too - felt like I was right at home. The owner was so welcoming and helpful throughout my stay!
