It was a long way from downtown but close to La Guardia airport.

The kids loved the breakfast, it was very clean, close to transport and staff were lovely.

Parking needs more parking the first night had to look for parking wasn't cool especially when you a woman traveling alone. The money they charge for the rooms it should had more parking

I didn't like that their were no microwaves in the room and no cable channels.

There was alot of hair in our pancakes so that was the first and last time we had the breakfast that was included When the cleaners came, they didn’t change the sheets even though there were food stains a few times When we arrived we were told that I’d be charged an additional $85 for incidentals that would fall off 14 days after checkout. It’s been 21 days and the charge is still on my card even though I called to inquire and was told to give it 14 days

Good place to stay overall. Building and facilities were clean. Parking was good we were able to park on the street pretty easily most times. Good value for money especially in NYC

Don’t like the location. I advise you to park in the parking garage due to my window being busted and car vandalized by someone.

I like that it was clean modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great a lot to choose from based on your preferences

The smoke detector in the rooms briefly blink a LED every second that will light up the ceiling above the beds. That was a little annoying. Road noise was a little loud, but I knew this going in due to the location - I can't hold it against them.

An actual hot breakfast like the one served here every morning is always nice! Bacon, eggs, sausage, coffee; the works. Very clean premises, elevators, rooms, lobby. Friendly staff! Short uphill walk to subway connecting you to the whole of the city.

There wasn't a chain or safety latch on the door. I asked if there was a room with a latch, but the front desk attendant said none of the rooms had one.

The hotel was very modern in design. I could tell that it was fairly new. I arrived earlier than expected, but the front desk attendant found a room that was already cleaned and ready and let me check in.The breakfast was delicious and the staff was fabulous as well.

No microwave in the room and some do the towels had visible stains.

Clean and easy to find, enough parking spots available. Conveniently located about 30 minutes with subway to Manhattan. Good breakfast.

Breakfast arrangements could be improved - if you want to get porridge or pancakes, you need to go very early as they run out. When it gets busy the kitchen staff struggles and you have to wait for plates and cutlery. Variety is good, as long as it's maintained throughout the breakfast hours.

The hotel is new, modern and clean. Rooms are comfortable, fresh towels provided daily. Water fountain in lobby and coffee available throughout the day. The manager is amazing and very helpful, we had a problem with the deposit release and she followed through to a resolution and did everything to help!

The same breakfast for a whole week, we really missed vegetables, fruit (after all, only apples), cheeses, hams... I would really work on that

Good location, close to the metro, comfortable beds, mini fridge is a big plus.

It's located too far from the center of NYC. Although the metro station is just a few minutes away, we spent too much time travelling so it is not a good deal in the end.
