We did find a few dead bugs in our room which isn't horrible but a little disconcerting. The mini fridge that was in the room didn't really keep things cold; but the freezer section seemed to work. Our "neighbors" were a bit loud. Screaming about a dog outside at one point and then stomping their feet anytime they walked. That's obviously not the motel's fault, but it happened.

We were put in a room on the ground floor, which was nice. The room itself looked newly renovated, and we liked the nearness of the gas station across the street. The water got nice and hot, and had good pressure. There were plenty of lights so that you could choose what level of brightness you wanted in your room. Also, I have never seen a hotel or motel room that included deodorant which was really cool, and thoughtful.

The neighborhood is sketchy at best. The check-in building is terrible. The wifi didn't work well, it was quite slow.

It was cheap compared to other places in Las Vegas, however that doesn't mean it is worth it. The room was okay overall.

Got a non-smoking room yet our room smelled very strong like smoke. Asked the cleaning lady to sanitize the room since that is what front desk said. She said they dont sanitize room all they use to clean is Fabuloso.

It was really noisy. the motel is across the street from a truck park, so 18-wheelers were coming and going all night long. Also the air conditioning system was loud.

Parking lot is small. We got in very late and had to park far away from our room. (L shaped parking lot) there was also a little bit of riff raff outside when we arrived. But once again we arrived very late at night. No noise issues once in our room though! Had some complications with the TV but that was only because we didn't realize there were 2 different remotes.

Front desk was nice at check in and check out. Room appeared to be recently updated. Very clean, everything in working order. Slight chip in the tub edge but not a big deal. Bed was very comfortable. Room didn't get very cold at night with the ac on, but we were not hot while we slept.

I had to book this room because I was going to Las Vegas unexpectedly and it was the only room available under $300. The room was clean, but the disinfectant smell was so strong it made my eyes burn. There was a recent renovation (the sinks, mirrors and headboards were still in the parking lot) but the wall behind the sink was cracked with plaster coming off. The bedding is very scratchy. There is a bar attached to the front office, which was crowded after dark. The location is a bit seedy -- I was alone with my young daughter and we went straight from car to room after dark. It's extremely loud -- from planes flying overhead, to the traffic outside, to (if you're on floors 1 & 2) the sounds of the room above you. I paid $190 (plus taxes and fees for this room) and it's in NO WAY worth that amount.

There was no cigarette smoke smell in the room, and the staffer who greeted us was friendly.

It was what I expected. Why pay more for a fancy place to sleep for 8 hours. It was on Dean Martin Blvd for cryingoutloud. VEGAS.

No breakfast. Lots of local choices. We needed a clean comfortable room for the night as we passed through and local options were not a good value. The neighborhood is noisy and busy and looks sketchy by the truck stop but we had a good rest at a value price and had no negative experiences and went on our way.

Close to airport and multiple food options within walking distance.

It is a 1.5 star hotel, so some in with that understanding. Room was very worn, sheets were clean, sink leaked, Wi-Fi only worked middle of night when no one else was using it, and check in lobby had heavy smoke smell.The price was inflated for the stay. Only chose this place because strip hotel prices were exorbitant for my arrival date.

Their Shower design do not contain water splash. Foot steps & other noises could be heard from the floor above us. Someone did a lot of walking, the floor squeaking & someone appeared moving furniture ALL NIGHT!!!

Location close to where we needed to attend. Close to nearby food places & stores, not crowded.

Booked 2 non-smoking rooms. When I arrived one of the rooms reeked of cigarette smell. Talked to front desk but they said they were unable to provide another room, they were not helpful at all getting this situation resolved, they said "we cant control whether or not people smoke in the room." They would not provide a refund or a discount at least. Unfortunately I had to stay there since there was a music festival going on that weekend and pretty much everything else was booked.

Location for this hotel is good. Close to the freeway, gas stations, and many chain restaurants. Rooms are renovated and clean. Area seems to be safe.

It was very frustrating coming back your room and so sleepy and tired and your key card doesn't work so you have to go to the office more than once and finally the have to do maintenance work on the door while you wait.

The room was well kept and clean and the area was quiet.
