You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaLet’s just say that they are scammers. I paid for my room in advance and when I went to check in, the blonde lady was trying to tell me that I needed to pay again. I said no that’s not how it works but she claimed that it does. So I called Booking.com and walked out. I got my money back from the non-refundable reservation all because she was trying to play a fast one on me, she picked the wrong person to do that with.

United States of AmericaThe "lady" that works there, Lesley, is rude, lacks any type of customer service skills, lacks ANY kind of respect, lacks empathy, lacks common sense, lacks organization, lacks communication, she lies through her teeth, she is the most fake person I have ever encountered in my entire life. She has a huge power struggle for no reason and really needs to get off her high horse, because it definitely doesn't look good on her. As someone that has worked for hotels for 20 years, not only am I appalled at how she handles things, I am totally and utterly DISGUSTED by her customer service and common sense. I can't even fathom how this lady even has a job, let alone one of this nature. Karma is definitely going to be visiting her.

United States of AmericaAbsolute dump. Smelled like cigarettes, puke, and rotting meat. Sheets, floor, bath, toilet, everything was DISGUSTING. Stains everywhere. The lock on the door was BROKEN. Just a horrible, putrid place. I got out of there as soon as I could. And, a day after my stay, I came down with a horrible fever — no question, the room got me sick. Do not stay here. Pay $20 or more extra to stay anywhere else. I can’t believe this place is real.

Had to drive to the back..was not easy due to the fact I have a full size pickup The room was not clean, the bedcover was soiled, pillow cases not changed, there was a lubricant all over the nightstand, no chair or desk so bags had to go on the floor, in the bathroom the toilet was not secure and leaked, there were used toilet products on the sink, the door locks were not working and the curtains provided little coverage of the windows.. It was plain disgusting but I had no options as refunds were not available or so said three signs as you check in
