I would have liked a rod with hangers for our coats/clothing.

Room was clean, comfortable, and our dog was welcomed (which we appreciated). We were even provided with a care package for him. The motel location was amazing…so close to the beach/promenade. And the lobby has all the treats/movies/etc for a quiet evening in. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Charming community by the sea…can’t wait to come back!!

It's a basic but comfortable and clean accommodation. The staff are friendly and the location is great for either walking to the beach or walking into town. There's plenty of parking. And the price truly can't be beat for the area.

We got locked out of the room and when I asked a staff member for help they kinda made us feel dumb for not pushing the door open even tho the door job did not turn or click after unlocking it. By that time I have gotten used to how to unlock and open the door and it was not operating how it had when I did it prior in the day. It’s not a huge deal. Also the lights were flickering non stop which gave me a headache so we spent a lot of time away from the room and kept the light off as much as we could.

There definitely are a few things that need to be updated but, frankly, between the friendly staff, a comfortable stay and an amazing location it’s beyond easy to overlook some needed updates.

We have been here before, this is now our second visit! We love the location of the property and the exceptionally friendly staff. Ruth was beyond helpful and an incredibly hard working woman! We loved the snacks in the lobby not to mention the movie selection. Ruth has amazing taste. We came up for my boyfriends birthday and Ruth was even nice enough to put a happy birthday on the letter board for him!

Hotel is aged, but I imagine the salt air doesn't help. The wall in the bathroom was bubbling and the towel hanger was hanging by a piece of the wall. Internet lagged alot, so it was difficult to watch any TV.

Amazing location, a half a block from the Seaside promenade (boardwalk) and aquarium, and a couple blocks from center of towns. Everything was easily walkable once we arrived at the hotel. The room was basic yet clean and the jet tub was divine. Front desk staff was amazing and free snacks and movies were a plus. They also have lawn toy houses and provide beach toys for the kiddos.

Property is a bit old and the only room with the jacuzzi tub is on the third floor of a walk up. We are seniors with a bit of a disability so it was difficult going up and down for us. This should be mentioned on the website regarding placement of this particular room. Bed was a full size instead of a queen and was simply a rather thin mattress on a stand up frame. Very noisy both from other rooms as well as from outside.

Manager was the best part of our stay! Ruth was very accommodating and friendly. Greeted us every day as she was out on the property making sure everything was good and ready for her guests. Location in Seaside is great, about two blocks from the promenade and a block to the beach. We stayed at this hotel for the two person tub in room 131 for our anniversary and the tub was definitely the highlight of this room.

The grounds were a bit rundown and had a good deal of stuff i.e. like plants, lawnmower, blowers boxes, ladders, etc. all over the place. It was also very noisy in the room at night… We thought it was very thin walls, and could hear a conversation or the TV on almost all night…

The location was primo very close to the ocean They have a fabulous staff, which was quite helpful. In the office, there were several games, puzzles and movies to choose from. In addition to goodies, hot and cold water and popcorn. Nice surprise.
