The pool water was very cold. When I went in to the attached restaurant the last would not let me use the bathroom. There was no one in the restaurant and we had eaten in there 5 times already. To tell a paying guest she has to go somewhere else was very rude.

The continental breakfast was free but very minimal. The property was right on the beach and the pool was nice.

There is a restaurant on the property that is privately managed, so there are signs by the pool and lounge area asking that you not have outside food. The restaurant food is sub par (we tried it) and it is a boutique style hotel with kitchenettes that would usually allow guests to have their own food.

Very efficient, staff was professional and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. I like having optional housekeeping on demand. Valet service is efficient and helpful.

- only downside is that you can easily hear people walking in the hallway; however the hotel is quite calm and it didn’t cause any trouble. - breakfast is included but VERY basic: oatmeal and bread that’s about it.

- proximity to the beach - amenities given: towels, chairs, umbrella for the beach - staff was really joyful and respectful - room was really big

Lots of after the fact, extra charges! Valet parking only, $25/day plus tip, bikes$10/hour, even a sign charging for beach chairs and umbrella. Also, no housekeeping unless scheduled beforehand, small room.

Morning breakfast (all I wanted was coffee) needs to be earlier. At first I didn’t like the valet & paying for parking. But I understand being a beach front property and the valet were prompt and nice.

I thought the description of the kitchen provided real plates and utensils. We were there for a long stay so I went and bought more.

I didn’t like that the room was not cleaned at all during our stay and we had to ask for new clean towels on a few occasions. The room ran out of supplies and we had to ask for a restock. These things should be done automatically at a hotel.

They kept running out of pool towels.

The staff was so accommodating. Our flight was changed and they let us stay in a up graded suit for a very reasonable price. The front desk girls were wonderful.

Service was bad. I requested an iron online thru chat and in person at the desk but no one came. I had to go and get one from a family member. Also the breakfast at the restaurant took almost two hours to be served.

The room thermostat was reading an error so the air wasn't working and it was uncomfortably warm/hot considering it was in the 80s outside. We didn't get any wash cloths or bath towels. It was just one towel on the floor. I would have like to known how much I was paying for parking before I got there. The room was small for the price then have to pay $75 extra plus tips for 3 nights stay.

It was super close to the beach. The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfy and I was able to bring my ESA pet.

The hallways were cluttered with large boxes and bins filled with who knows what! Very messy and unseemly, not to mention a fire hazard.
