room 2111 was cold could not get temperature above 70 would not stabilize, first young lady at check in seemed to think her cell phone was more important than customers. did not realize there was no restaurant, ordered from bar. food was excellent. did not realize no complimentary breakfast. paid 20.00 for one meal, ordered 2, misunderstood order of 2 breakfast. some confusion on getting to entrance of hotel.

The security on the rear lower floor exit/entry dor was poor - not locked at night as check-in receptionist said it would be.

The building of the hotel was big, with a generous parking space. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. The wi-fi worked very good.

The breakfast was kinda repetitive with no variety. It was always scrambled eggs, potatoes, oily Sausages and bacon and nothing really different.

The staff were receptive and helpful. Liked how comfy the twin beds were.

The bar was a nice place to hang out for an hour or so during the evening, the barman Richard was pleasant and entertained us with reggae sounds from the 80s. The food was ok, salad with grilled chicken was ok, chicken had obviously been reheated and was rather dry. The burger and chips were ok. The room was fine but the I95 being very close by was quite noisy, being a light sleeper that caused me a bit of a disturbed night. The breakfast was excellent, the best choice of all the hotels we stayed in during this business trip taking us through 10 states over a 2 week period. The pool and gym looked nice, but I didn't take have the time or clothes to use them.

All was adequate. Once noise from adjoining room - loud snoring.

During renovations on my one bathroom, I needed a place with access to bathroom facilities. I liked that I did not have to pay for valet parking . Staff was lovely - and when I unexpectedly had to extend because of delay in my home, gave me 3 breakfast coupons. Bathroom was well set up. All very clean

When I entered the room and tried to close the curtains, I noticed that there was no remote control. I called the front desk and told them I needed help, and they immediately sent a staff member to the room to fix the problem.

Being on the nosey first floor

I didn’t like being on the first floor, too nosey and I can hear people walking talking and music from the lounge. The waffles were the best. Hot Water with tea would have been a good option along with the coffee in the morning. Very convenient to see my daughter .

The noise. Management needs to do something about the noise coming out of the pool and the noise coming out of certain rooms on the first floor of the second tower all night long. It was ridiculous. I understood that there were some families being lodged there, but at least we should be considerate of others.

The room was great. I was in 2124. It was very comfortable, though the AC unit on the wall needs to be patched up a little. The AC unit could be quieter too. The room was clean. Your Room Service is doing an exceptional job. I didn't eat breakfast because I had some other obligations very early morning.
