    For the most part this hotel is comfortable but it needs some updating. eg. Toilets are cheeping. The breakfast is a grab and go, not buffet. Personally I enjoy the hotel breakfast atmosphere dine in , buffet style that is why I did not like this.

    The hotel was clean. Staff was nice. It was nearby to the places I needed to visit.For the most part this hotel is comfortable. The breakfast is good pancakes, eggs toast, oatmeal, it has varity.

    The price was much higher then the price that Booking.com quoted. The staff wasn't helpful when I showed them the quote. They added extra fees on top of the fees for damages. I will not use Hilton anymore.

    The room was great. The scenery was excellent.

    The rooms were extremely stuffy and smelly!the thermostat was not working properly. The hot water in the shower took about 15 minutes only to get lukewarm.

    Precious at the bar was amazing! She was extremely friendly!

    Housekeeping was poor, stains on the wall under window, tub was dirty and the floor hadn't been vaccumed. (I have photos of all.)

    Rate was great and I understand a business class hotel trying to put heads in beds on the weekend hoping to get additional revenue.

    Apparently error on booking.com for price of room that I accepted and paid for. Room was cancelled without informing me of such and they would not honor the stated price. Not my fault and price should have been honored. And cancellation should have been communicated to me.

    Booked on booking.com for $12, got to hotel to check in and they said booking.com had made a mistake and my booking was cancelled and I should have received a notice. Said they could give me the room at a reduced rate which ended up being $80 more than I had booked and credit card been charged. As it was late, I was tired and looking forward to watching March madness on TV and not wanting to search for a better value somewhere else I took the room. Needless to say their Direct TV only carried about 55 channels so I ended up going to my daughter’s hotel to watch the game. Hilton says it is beautiful booking.com fault for the inaccurate rate I was quoted. I am not happy with this outcome and will be perusing reimbursement for false advertisement

    The king room that we requested was not given to us and the staff was horrible. They had given my room away due to being “full”. Mind you I had booked this room a week in advance and checked in at 4:00, an hr after I was supposed to check into the hotel. They were not accommodating and were rude. We will not be staying again.

    Book it.com never made my reservation with Hilton. We had to wait an hour before book it.com and Hilton talked to find a resolution for us a room. Hilton was great with accommodating my family. I was highly disappointed in book it.com.

    Was not very welcoming, the receptionist was kinda bitter, there was no water in the room we were expecting better service since it was very expensive for one night. Even thought we paid our reservation with breakfast included they charged us when getting breakfast and it’s very expensive just for one egg and waffle.

    This room was booked in error - I spoke to 4 different people trying to get the issue rectified with zero assistance on either end. The room was booked at 1am, arrived - "no reservation on file, even though I had the confirmation" - purchased a room with cash and I was STILL charged the next day on my personal card for the same room ! Paid double for 10 hours in a room, what a joke..... Never again will I use Booking.com or Hilton Hotels - Hilton was my typical "go to" for travel, but NEVER again. Sorry.......

    Change the rugs, the curtains had huge stains, the walls had white stuff on a grey back drop and you could see the stains on the wall. There was a stain over a picture that looked like a crime scene. It was an eye sore. The toilet leaked water when flushed. The fees were different. When booked it was $600+, when I checked in $1000+ was placed on my CC. They released 200 when I left. I will NEVER stay at the Hilton again.

    The shower head didn't work properly. It was leaking and couldn't tilt. U had to literally stand under it to get water. The room was old and needed to be updated. The carpet on the floor had a smell.

    Comfortable bed. And it was a Indian wedding going on on that Saturday. That was cool

    The restaurant had been closed for a gut renovation. There was a tiny café with one harried but cheerful server. Not what the website led me to believe I’d find. The only offering on the small flat-screen TV in the room was Direct TV - no ability to log into streaming services. The mini fridge was definitely mini. And the hook on the door in the bathroom had been ripped out. The rooms need a serious refresh.

    the hotel charged me $50 more than the price from booking. no hot water for all my three days living. the front desk just told me to keep the water tap open. huge waste of water.

    Staff wasn’t very helpful. We went to the front desk to ask for a few tea bags. The receptionist did not even lift up his head, pointed his finger to the back and said, “Ask her!” No hi, May I help you nothing. He was very rude to say the least.
