Rooms need an update. Whilst comfortable they are tired

I did not like how they say you get breakfast but when we did do breakfast that morning it cost us $60 for two ppl. We were not aware we had to pay for breakfast its not complimentary like the staff made it seem. Parking is also $40 a night for valet unless u find somewhere to park for free but its quite a ways.

I loved how neat and clean they were. The pool was awesome and the location was great

The convenient items for sale were way over priced The pool area is right outside my window, which was right next to the bed, and people were out there. Kind of weird and uncomfortable

Valet was not available when I came and I parked somewhere I wasn’t supposed to park. Asked at front desk and he said I parked in correct location but that morning I learned upon checkout my car probably was booted. Poor night staff service and parking

The staff was amazing and the room was nice, but the location and overall condition of the establishment was lacking. The area is run down and appeared unsafe.

It is old We were 2 adults with our 2 kids to share a room with 2 double beds, only towels for 2 persons, we called the reception twice to have more towels, no one came The view from the window was bad on parking and dirty roof The carpet is used and doesn’t look clean The office table was broken and felt down with our computer in it The vallet parking is 40$ and not safe There is only a machine to Mahé coffe in the room but no tea !

I enjoyed the view the food the breakfast food was very nice the bartending service was very nice I got to give it five stars just because of the location in the walking distance from majority of everything that you would like to experience and see

Many windows were fogged up due to failure of seal between double pane and the escape of inert gases normally used in double pane/double glaze windows. The heavy front door was falling off its hinges and made opening and closing very difficult

That no one told me about the parking. When we arrived I pulled up to valet and didn’t know how everything went. I was aware we had to pay but wasn’t aware that you have to use valet bc you can not park your self. I found that out after getting a $250 booth . Paid that and they came back to give me a citation of $35 buck. Note is wasn’t with the hotel but if valet would have done their job with communication I wouldn’t have to insure such. They were hustling for the holiday bc I had just walked in to unload the car and came out to a whole booth. Felt like a waste.

The property was great! My family and I stayed for Independence Day and it was the perfect location.

In the pool area there was somebody playing loud vulgar rap music and the staff took no effort to stop him or shut him down. It was really something that should have been addressed because they were young children from ages of six to 15 there. We actually left the pool area because of it

Parking : additional, not included. Room Service: I asked for 2 more towels (we were 4 and they were only 2 in the room) plus some more shampoo and even if they agree to bring us some more , they didn’t show up. Pool Area: nice view but smells like fried chicken as the restaurant chimneys were close to that area. Room: furnitures with stains; bed and linen clean and confortable.

the downstairs lobby is beautiful. We stayed on the 7th floor and it was musty in the hallways and the grout in the bathrooms needs to be cleaned or updated.
