I like the fact they had a heated indoor pool. However, the pool area was very cold and drafty, but I don’t know. It would have been nice if they had complementary breakfast but I guess that’s where the parking comes in. Some of the stuff in my room didn’t work like the lights above both beds. But it was OK. Nothing to complain about.

I didn’t like the fact where it’s located made it difficult to travel outside of the parking lot. Also the variety of the menu for room service shoulda been a little bigger.

I didn’t like the fact that the pool area was soo cold! It wasn’t a heated pool so, it makes no sense! I wanted to get in the pool but I couldn’t..

Unlucky, feel bad for hotel, likely some awful guests abused the room before we got in. My room had damage: the window had a big crack in it, the bathtub's soap dish was coming off the tiles (like halfway pulled off-damaged),. Design: the room is fine but the bathroom needs a redo, the bathtub is old, like 30 years ago, by now hotels have nice walk in tiled showers and more modern designs. For a Hilton, I expected more. Maybe renovating the room we had would be best. Likely other rooms are super, we have stayed here before, it was just bad luck.

The room could use a little refresher. The bathroom needed a deep clean, (grout , wallpaper peeling, scraped corners). The complimentary coffee was really bad.

It was convenient and easy to get to . Staff were friendly and helpful.

Liked everything.

Buffet breakfast was rich and the dining place is the fancy Spanish styled Matadora tapas bar. Hotel has nice design with historical references to local businesses which existed 100 years ago in the area. Plenty of free parking around.

A/C not working to properly cool the room. When we got there the room was at 72, we do run very hot. So we put the A/C down as low as it could go, but by 11:30pm the room was just at 71. Not a great cooling system in the room we were originally in. The 2nd room did not go lower than 68 but was much more tolerable

Great place! Great staff! We had an issue with our A/C (room not cooling down) I called downstairs and they had us switching rooms within 30 minutes. He even checked our new room to make sure the A/C was working and cool before moving us. Super fast resolution and great attention to our concern

I was walking into the bar area with family just to check things out and had a glass of water with me. Immediately the Bartend yelled out to us that we can’t enter the bar with our own drinks. People that were there turned and looked at us like we were doing something wrong. Needless to say we all just went to our rooms and didn’t end up staying down there. We thought the way she spoke out to us was rude and could have been handled in a much more courteous way

That they held an extra $50 per day. This information was not in my booking.com information. I even showed this to the guy and he did not even offer to fix it or make it right. My travel card declined because of the extra $100 that I did not expect. I had to then call my bank and increase my spending on my debit card in order to pay for my hotel. I used my travel card for other spending, so it all worked out in the end, but still didn’t make it right.

The bathroom vanity was awkwardly low, the faucet handle was super stiff and hard to turn and there was no drain stopper in the sink.

Some hostesses are not friendly, solicitors and patients, do not be willing to repeat or speak more slowly with those who do not speak fluent English.

Excellent location, escapes traffic. Large and comfortable rooms, good hotel. Breakfast is good and has a variety of options.

someone forbiddingly smoked on another balcony and as I had left my balcony door open during breakfast I had all the smoke in my room :-( - not the fault of the hotel but it was not nice
