None of the ice makers worked. Only 1 elevator was in operation and it did not look like it was being fixed. My toilet made noise… and there was no conditioner in the bottle.

TV buffered the whole time very old fashioned. The toilet barely flushed, the phone did not work and check in took until 0730 pm due to late cleaning.

The room was a nice size. The carpet was very dirty with visible stains on the carpet. The shower had hair on the floor. The heating and AC unit was very noisy and disruptive to my sleep. The main elevators in the hotel was working. We had to use service elevator to get to our room. It require you to walk through kitchen area. The ice making room had an odor coming from it.

The hotel was in a great location. It’s near middle of the a Charlotte area.

The room that we were in needed repairs in the bathroom. The shower head was really loose and the toilet paper holder, one side of it was there and the other side was missing! The main elevator was down the whole weekend so we had to utilize the stairs and/or the service elevator which was creepy!

I was really pleased with the location. Upon our arrival, the staff Chloe was really nice and welcoming!

I didn't like having to use the freight elevator. Also, I think more carts should be in the lobby for guests to use upon check-in and check-out. I think the room could use a microwave although the hallway microwave worked. The pool needed better maintenance. It was dirty however my children and I still got in.

I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, unfortunately.

We found gum in our bed we requested clean towels it took a long time and we had to go to event so we were late one of the dresser drawers had a broken handle you had to turn the handle to cold water for hot water and hot water for cold and it had strong odor of weed

I like that the staff was friendly and if we had problem or anything they handle the problem the bed was comfortable and i love the cookies they accommodated us with free breakfast for our troubles

That the shower door did not close room 217 and the swimming pool was not available.

I loved the staff bar maid kendra and the front desk girls were also very kind, i got there at 6 pm on the 21st .I was only disappointed that the swimming pool was not opened because of maintenance. I wanted to enjoy the pool, which is one of the reasons why I chose that hotel.My shower door would not close.But over all, it was ok.My first time there

The property has been renovated recently, to a good standard. The rooms are attractive and clean, the bathrooms functional and the beds comfortable. The tv was meh and the program content just ok. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good value.

Breakfast was extremely overpriced. hvac system was very loud, constantly waking us up as it switched on and off and room for very hot.

There was no front desk to tell the guest it was a gas leak there was no shuttle to get me to the airport after talking to the supervisor she wrote it down and there still no one to talk me

Very run down. No ice machines on any floor working, no fridge or microwave in the rooms, pool was shut down closed, only 1 elevator working, pillows were dirty, floors stained, and they didn’t have Continental breakfast. Also the evening staff was very snarky and short with me.

There was 1 staff member at the front desk that was very nice Ave accommodating.
