You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PortugalThe hotel charged us 100 USD / per person for a deposit that they should have told us at the check-in, but they didn't, and in the end, they insisted that they had done it.
To get to the convention center, is very close, about 5 minutes walking. Located downtown, is close to the Union Station and other important icons such as the court house or the Senate.

United States of AmericaRooms were small and only surface clean. Walls were dirty and carpet was dingy. Also charges a destination fee. Luckily I could use that as credit for the restaurants and Starbucks. Parking at $50 a day is absurd. We parked in the garage across the street for about $15 a day. The room rate wasn't particularly high for downtown Denver but seems tacking on all of these fees to make up for it once they got you in the door.
The facility was nice and pretty lobby. Service was friendly. Close to many places to eat. Right in the heart of downtown. Close to Larimer Square and 16th street mall. We stayed for my daughter's dance convention.

United States of AmericaI had requested to stay 2 extra nights and was quoted a rate and then the value went up and it wasn't fair. One trainee apparently misquoted. The manager just apologized and blamed it on her and then I could try finding another hotel or a better price online. At that point I didn't have a choice and didn't want to move everything. It wasn't professional.

CanadaRoom’s lighting was a little dim, and soundproofing was poor/inadequate. I could clearly hear traffic and construction noise from outside on the street below even though I was 8 floors up.

United States of AmericaPower went out in room for over 30mins and I had to do go down to the front desk to even inform them of this matter. Then I requested fresh linen to my room that took over a hour again I had to call down to the front desk to inform them I never received my towels.
Lobby was very pretty. Room was spacious and the location is very convenient.

When we informed the lobby they were quick to send a security guard to ask them to quiet down. Overall a very good hotel if you’re visiting or passing by Denver.

United States of Americathe only drinking water available was in plastic bottles in the lobby being sold for $2 each. i wouldn't mind using the bathroom faucet for drinking water but there was no temperature setting so it always ran hot. another odd thing was that the bathroom had a sliding door with a gap that was about an inch thick so taking a shower or even just using the bathroom was a little awkward while staying with a friend.
