The broken elevator during what I'm sure is a busy time for you. My husband, on arrival, had to wait 40 minutes with luggage to reach the 5th floor. I heard whispers that it had been broken for months. The price. I really don't appreciate the way any of the hotels in FoCo jack prices up for CSU events. It's greedy but tuition weary parents will continue to pay it I'm sure. Breakfast. Mediocre at best but presented well.

The location to CSU for graduation was perfect. The parking lot was monitored for permitted cars. I appreciated the lack of worry in finding parking all weekend. The bed was comfy. Starbucks.

When did they start charging $15 per night to park a car. We’ve been staying there for years and never been charged for parking. You need to make this clear when a person is making reservation.

Breakfast was nice, Location works for the purpose I was there.

The only thing I didn't like was the sound from the 1st floor lobby echoes up to the rooms. I was on the 7th floor and was woken up by a group of loud kids playing in the lobby.

Great view from room. Room was comfortable and spacious.

Paying for parking when you pay for a luxury room you shouldn't have some hack that run a third party pay lot when it's a massive lot that's not at all full. I'd had help from the hotel clerk to make sure it was done correctly and in the morning I had a ticket. I'm convinced that if I wasn't handicapped and had my placard in the windshield they would have towed the car and charged an exuberant rate to get it back. I still haven't gotten that part figured out yet. This was the only major dislike of the trip.

The hotel is very nice! I'm blind and could hear a fountain of some sort and, lovely classical music playing. The clerk was very helpful with check-in. The only thing that could have been better was that they didn't offer to help my gf grab the bags out of the car. Not a big big deal. The only negative thing was parking. With the cost of the room I think it's ridiculous to have to pay $15 for parking from a third party when they have a massive lot that's practically empty. I needed help paying for parking and the clerk also helped with that, so hats off to him for that! Unfortunately it didn't matter because in the morning there was a ticket on the car for lack of payment when I had paid for parking. Still haven't sorted that out. The room was great and my gf said it was very nice looking. In the morning we had the breakfast and it was great! The woman who ran the buffet did an amazing job and everything was delicious! Overall it was a great time! We will be back!

Location to the university is the best reason to stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and handled the shut down of their registration system fairly well. Facility and grounds overall all are good.

One of the 2 elevators was not working, so there was a bit of a wait going to and from our room on the 5th floor.

We did not have breakfast. We were told breakfast was served until 11am, but it actually stopped at 9am. The location was great! Close to Colorado State where I was helping to move my son into his dorm. Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels.
