The lobby restaurant, bar, and check in desk was all in open area which was nice. But got really loud when it had alot of people in area . Not the greatest for older or people that wanted to relax

I. Was charged for my friends room and so was she. It still hasn’t been resolved so we both paid $497.89 for a 2 night stay for her. So in total $995.78 for 2 nites and after 2 weeks I still haven’t been reimbursed

They prepared my breakfast incorrectly and charged me for it. My breakfast was included in the price. They did correct upon checkout.

The location was great, quiet and easy to get to. Unfortunately, we did not have time for breakfast, but it smelled great!! We loved the outdoor area, cool quiet place to hang out while still able to watch the kids swim.

The bathroom door... I get it they want their hotel to look nice and modern and have all the cool things in it but the bathroom door was a sliding door that didn't lock and when you have a walking one year old trying to constantly pull the door open it's very annoying and did not work well I just don't understand why you can't put a door that closes and locks. Kids said the pool was really cold and they couldn't swim, we actually had to switch our first room because when we got to the room the air was on and it was kind of cold we turned it off or at least try to and it would say it was off but it kept blowing consistently didn't stop so I either had to choose between hot or cold and that's weird why can't I just turn it off and I thought it was just a messed up one in the first room and the lady was like yeah no problem you can switch and then we get to the second room and it's the same thing no one wants consistent cool air blowing out like that all the time, and they did have a breakfast but if you wanted breakfast you had to pay for it separately for your whole family and I just feel like at a Hilton you're already paying enough for this room I think breakfast should be included I think that's bogus to do to their customers so overall I feel like I paid a lot for a subpar room I've never been to a Hilton garden inn like that before, and by no means am I snobby about any of this I don't even write reviews for these kind of things I just feel like if you really pay that much money those kind of things just need to be nice and functional and working correctly.

Easy quick check in, bed was nice, free coffee but that's about it.

Staff was very friendly, helpful & seemed to enjoy their Jon. The whole experience was wonderful! The rooms were larger then expected and very comfortable.

We had to switch rooms within ten mins of getting to the property. Never could get the door to lock. Our friends bathroom door kept on falling off. When we checked in the lady at the front dest was very rude. Overall poor experience and we will not be back!
