The staff wasn’t knowledgeable about the digital key access to the room. Did not offer a receipt upon checkout. I was told to request cleaning service during check in or if it wasn’t needed, to place the dirty towels by the door to exchange for clean towels. I placed our dirty towels outside by the door. When we returned that night, they didn’t place any new towels in the room. Pillows were flat, bed mattress didn’t fit the frame. The frame on the bathroom mirror was damaged.

Price was outrageous for the quality of the room. we paid 243.00 for one night. They are working on the building. Our room 522 had plastic on the windows and the air conditioner didn’t get cool till about 3 in the morning. Bathroom door has marks all over it where it hits the door if it’s open. toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. not impressed with this hotel at all

The first room I had bed wasn’t clean spread, sheets and pillowcase was filthy. The housekeeper didn’t even charge the bed just nasty. It wasn’t check out time and housekeeping kept knocking on the door very irritating

I don’t like how they only had the basic cable channels & the wifi was very weak. You had to purchase wifi for it be faster.

it wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been the pool should’ve been cleaned by staff so it could be used. One of the main reasons I chose the hotel was because of the pool so that was a huge disappointment. The restaurant and bar where also closed due to being short staffed which was definitely a bummer.

The location of the property was nice close to a lot of stores/ food.

No decaf coffee offered with breakfast. No decaf coffee or flavored creamers offered without breakfast. Room's desk and desk chair with something very sticky on them -- still trying to remove it from the bottom of my laptop. Too hot in room for either of us to get any sleep for three nights! AC turned as low as it would go. Late for appointment on our first morning because room's clock had not been changed even though time change was two weeks earlier. No clean towels or beds made unless requested -- 24 hours earlier! Supposedly because of lack of employees. With the lack of amenities caused by the lack of employees, breakfast, or some part of it, should have been provided free to every guest.

Breakfast was acceptable, only used it one morning out of three, even though it was included. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

My floor my room was on reeked on marijauna. Basic rooms, furnishings were old and outdated. Not a good hotel. Invest in a higher quality hotel if you can. $10 per person per day for breakfast? Pass. Required $75 for charging to the room, its refunded but was caught off guard. No room service, must request that 24 hrs in advance. Never again. My requests on booking.com were not related to the hotel.

"We purchased a room with a free breakfast, and during the second breakfast, a restaurant employee suddenly asked us to pay for breakfast. We told her that we had booked a room with breakfast through booking, but it was still confusing. Finally, the manager appeared and said that he could waive the breakfast fee (Excuse me？I didn't need you to waive it because I already paid for breakfast).". I don't know where the communication between Booking and the hotel has gone wrong, but I have encountered for the first time the behavior of restaurant employees forcing customers to pay for their meals. This is very unreasonable and affects our mood. I won't choose this hotel for future trips. By the way, the mirror in the bathroom of the room looks like it will fall down at any moment, which is very dangerous ⚠️

The breakfast was awful to be $13, cold rooms with heater barely working, and a few large stains in the tub. They only offer cereal, milk, juice, potatoes, and sliced sausage but make it look like an all you can eat breakfast with a variety of food.
