Lots of highway noise from semi trucks, ambulances, and cars racing, since the hotel is directly next to 285. ac was loud, very old needed repair. The hotel room carpet is old and worn, furnishings as well.

Hot breakfast was delicious every day with a large variety of choices, and breakfast attendant was friendly and helpful. Free parking on-site in the garage or open parking lot. Lots of parking spots.

Okay The cleaning lady went in our room and we had a sign on the door DONOT DISTURB we had 6 pillows on our bed 4 large and 2 small square pillows once we came there on May 1 May 2 we left for graduation We came back two small square pillows gone We report to the manger He say he was going to investigate Nothing was say to us before we left about cleaning lady coming in our room We notice no cameras in the hallway where the rooms are at So how can you see who went in the room Get you some hallway camera in the hallway of your hotel please

The room we got had a door to access a different room and there were people from another party staying there. They talked until 2 am very loudly, so if you get a room like this you probably won’t be able to rest. I don’t think the hotel was a full capacity so this kind of issues could have easily been avoided.

No fault of the staff but there was strong smell of marijuana in hallway to my room. I had family members staying on another floor said the smell was strong there as well. Not a fan of having to explain to my small children what the smell is!

The only thing I didn't like but also didn't feel comfortable complaining about was the amount of kids and noise level at the indoor pool. They were jumping and screaming, like 10 kids together. My kid came in alone and was nervous because they wouldn't make space for her and were rude. I even screamed out at one point that the sign says no jumping in the pool and the mom told me to mind my own business. Anyway, other than that and the amount of filth they left in the pool, we enjoyed everything else. I promise you I'm not being dramatic about the pool situation. It's a very small pool room and the screaming probably caused hearing loss. I was waiting on someone to come from somewhere else to hopefully back me up and tell them that they don't all have to scream intentionally at the top of their lungs and have diving contests in a 5 feet pool. But, as that woman said, not my business. It was however infuriating.

I didn’t enjoy walking up and down the hill to get to the car. Need to have a few more chairs or places to put your stuff at the pool area.

I loved the location for being there with 3 kids alone, so we definitely felt safe. We didn’t spend much time at the room since our main visit was six-flags, the kids did enjoy the indoor pool.

This is a very nice, clean, updated hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really nice and had good variety, including not only eggs/bacon etc but fresh fruit, oatmeal and baked goods. The bar served excellent food for the evenings that we didn't feel like going out. We used the fitness room which was not large but definitely served our needs.

The pool wasn't inviting. And the tub in our room wasn't as clean as it should've been... the towels smelled like throw up. But that's why I bring my own towels. Oh and although the parking is free... you have a choice to park outside or covered parking but, it is a walk from parking to the hotel... if you had a lot of luggage, you better drop your stuff in the lobby then go park...

The staff was amazing! The bed sheets were clean, the bed was very comfortable! Definitely got some good sleep. It was quiet. Had a nice view of the highway 🛣 was on the 7th floor, which I loved. The room had a fridge and microwave. The lobby was very warm and inviting. We even had a game of Uno no mercy going! Location was great, everything literally 5 to 10 minutes away, shopping, restaurants. Nice stay.
