I prefer to take the stairs and not the elevator, but the bottom of the stairwell was filled with items and difficult to get out of. Then, when we tried to take the stairs back to our room, the door would not allow us to enter. It is important to keep the stairs open, clean, and ready to use at all times.

The room itself was very clean. The staff was friendly during our check-in.

I didn’t like miss communication with my payment I wasn’t explained on how it would be taking out and I don’t think I should be charged for a fee until I’m actually there. Another was breakfast wasn’t free every Hilton I had stayed at the breakfast was included into the price.

I like the location of the hotel. I like that the room and hotel was clean. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Our room needed a complete refresh. The thermostat was not functioning, so it either freezing cold or off. The water temperature in the shower was not quite warm, certainly not hot. The TV was not a smart TV (no easy access to Netflix), and it took awhile to figure out how to find the menu. The carpet was old, the room lighting dim, and the furniture was worn and old.

Good location, lovely landscaping and the public areas of the hotel were very nice.

The location was excellent. The staff was very professional and efficient. Everyone was extremely friendly. I like the fact that checkout is not until 12:00 p.m. The suite was very clean as was the bathroom and the beds were very comfortable.

The food was really disappointing. The pancakes were heavy and tasteless - my grandkids didn't eat them because they just didn't taste good. My omelette was also heavy and flavorless I only ate a few bites of it. We ordered a meal our first night there and that was really disappointing too. I really hate to complain about food, but the pasta was overcooked and the sauce was too thick and dried up while the brocolli was crunchy. Also, it tasted like it was cooked with zero salt which is not very flavorful. The grilled cheese was apparently ok but my grandson only ate one bite of the burger and he's a "eats everything" kid. I really hate to complain about food, because I usually appreciate other people's cooking, but it was really bad. On another note, we had planned to spend an afternoon swimming in the indoor pool. That was also disappointing. The water was cloudy and very cold. It gets no sun and is apparently not heated so it was really freezing. They didn't have anything for the kids to float on like hotel pools usually do - not even a noodle or two. There weren't any lounge chairs or little tables to sit at, inside or outside. We ended up leaving after about 20 minutes.

The location was great. The staff was great -very friendly and very helpful. The room was pleasant and worked out well for us. We mostly enjoyed our stay.

When I arrived and showed them my receipt where I paid online, they said it still showed that I owe for my stay. It took them 45 min to get the situation corrected with me making the phone call. One I arrived to our room, the door was opened and when asked why, I was told because maintenance was fixing something. The room smell like old mildew and the the furniture was peeling and rotted out like termites had been eating away. The water pressure in the shower was horrible and the temperature of the water wasn’t accurate.

The AC didn’t work in the room. The beds were way too soft and hurt my back. The hot tub did not work. And the food was good but a little over priced. It took about 20 minutes before the water would get hot in the shower.
