The staff on this particular visit the desk clerk said we couldn't check in early we drove in got there at 7a I understood she said to came back around noon and she could if my roo available ok. I get back the boss lady tells me that I can't she misinformed me but a man in his army uniform came in right behind me and she allowed him to check in early maybe because he was in his army uniform my daughter sat there and listened to their whole conversation. When 3 came around when I go to check in she was very rude and didn't speak was very verbal with the customer in front of me but was very non verbal towards me she no eye contact nothing she communicated with my child instead which was rude as well. FYI I have arrived in town early before and was allowed to check in early this wasn't my first time doing so or asking.

The assigned room was over the cooking area down on the first floor. The staff played music a little louder than expected while preparing food for the morning. This was for both days during our stay.

The lobby elevator button started not working. Sheets were extremely wrinkled-not fresh- and gross, found a pubic hair on them. Disgusting

The sink in the bathroom had hair stuck in it. I let my infant crawl on the floor for a few mins while i was getting things settled when we first arrived, and when I picked him up, his socks were black. Made me not want to walk on the carpet bare feet, and I definitely didn't put my infant back on the floor. Nothing complimentary.

The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. They had a "store" so you could buy drinks and snacks. They had food options and a little bar area. They had a buffet, and a menu of items. Everything had to be paid for, though.

The rooms are dark and dated, the shower grout was dirty and the water took a long time to heat up. We had to reprogram our room cards every time we left the room, which was inconvenient. If it wasn’t for all the nice staff, we would have stayed elsewhere. Rooms are in need of updated renovations.

The staff was awesome, they did their best to accommodate us. The food was top notch. Beautiful and comfortable Lobby and sitting area.

the hotel felt a little dirty. there was tape everywhere like they were getting ready to renovate. Our room was hot because our AC did not really work and the TV had no signal.

The is my second time staying at this location and for both occasions, I add breakfast onto the room rate BUT when it is time for checkout, I have the additional cost of breakfast. I made sure they saw I paid for breakfast beforehand but I was still charged and now I have to wait for a refund.

we reserved a king room well in advance. upon arrival, only twin queen room available. we were told 2 floors were being renovated, but we didn’t see any workers or any sign of renovation. room was ok, but tile off wall in bath, very low water pressure, poor room lighting.

It is time for the rooms to be renovated. All staff was wonderful with the exception of the lady who checked m we out. She was very rude and unprofessional. She screamed at me in the lobby, "Mam, I need you to pay your bill." There were people in the lobby. I told her, "I told you that I was going to pay you. Can I finish putting this in my car."
