We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWhat I didn’t like was that the room wasn’t clean daily and I wasn’t notified prior to check-in that the rooms don’t get clean unless you tell them the night before. Smh Then I was told they are still using the Covid protocol but when were you all going to tell me that, which should’ve been at check-in point. One day on my way out I stopped by the desk and requested room service and it wasn’t an issue. It was just terrible because the trash piled up in the room. I’m still upset because I treated my sisters to that hotel because she never stayed at the Hilton and I wanted that experience for her, however it was embarrassing. We was busy moving around preparing for the funeral and family we haven’t seen for a few years we never once ate downstairs we were exhausted. I don’t like leaving bad reviews on Google but I’m big on good customer service. I hate too but I have too because of my disappointment because we know it’s not cheap all the family basically stay at this hotel called Drafus or something. I love the Hilton but I’m highly disappointed!!!!

United States of AmericaWe checked in at 2:45 pm. The lady behind the desk was NOT pleasent. I was verifying information and my wife asked 3 separate times if there was a lobby level bathroom. She ignored all attempts and continued working in the computer. Finally after she verified everything and handed me the room keys, I asked again to help my wife out and she just turned, and went. She headed to the backroom and never looked back. The Night Manager was short staffed but the pool hand no towels. My wifeand I used the last two, tried to call front desk. So we went to the desk got more towels for the remaining guests swimming and got more towels to stock in pool area. We stocked them to help Manager.
Night manager was awesome. Building was pretty clean and orderly.

United States of AmericaFurniture was outdated. My key card only worked when they would rescan it. It never stayed functional more than 4 hours. I told them this. I’m also aware to not have it by any other devices such as phones and credit cards. Breakfast was overpriced, and not free as the web site stated.
Location was great. The furniture in the rooms were outdated. I had two junior sweets at 275 a night.

United States of AmericaI thought breakfast was included in the room rate; this was reinforced by the front desk saying "breakfast is from 7 until 11" at check in, which I interpreted as "free/included". My mistake, but different phrasing at check-in would be helpful - "our café will be open for breakfast from 7 to 11", or mention the "Continental breakfast for just $8.95 and other items available to order", or something/anything to avoid implying it is free/included with the room.
Spa tub in the room was huge, and quieter than most.

The heater was loud, the TV randomly made a high pitched ringing sound, the power button on the remote didn't work (button on the TV did), and microwave made thumping noise. The jacuzzi jets were weak too. I was disappointed that the kitchen or bar weren't open for dinner and there didn't seem to be any room service.
The staff was very friendly and I wasn't disturbed by other guest noises.
