Upon arrival we found out the Queen balcony room was not available. So, to make the situation right. They upgraded us to a suite with free breakfast and snacks. They, made the situation right!!

That the pool closes at 12. What about all the parents that want a break too after putting there kids to bed it should be only 21 plus at the pool, the adults still need to have some fun in the hot tub and pool too without worrying about one of there kids drowning or getting there head relaxation

I love the manager there she made sure I had everything I needed and made me feel very very welcome she was of great help and along with Jon I don’t think they get paid enough they were quite amazing and so very respectful to me. I will be back soon too because of the hospitality.

Very specifically: the “Restaurant” inside the hotel. The bartender couldn’t explain to me how service worked for dinner. He sent me to the meeting rooms to find the restaurant. The main desk told me to be seated in the breakfast dining area for dinner service and someone would take my order. No one came. I went back to the bar and the bartender asked what I wanted to eat. I asked for a menu. It seemed like I was the VERY FIRST customer there ever to eat a meal. The breakfast buffet was just as confusing. I wanted cereal for a 5-year old and was told that would be $10.00….. one small box of Fruit Loops - $10!!! I’m very disappointed in the Hilton in GRR. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world - and this was the most disorganized and disappointing. We chose to eat in the hotel because we wanted that experience and I did see there was a “restaurant” inside the hotel.

Breakfast was extra. Staff should make a pass through pool area occasionally. Kids were using safety equipment as play things.

Hot tub was beautiful , outdoors access in the winter, refreshing. Large pool. Microwave, fridge, lots of pillows. Slider with small patio and 2 chairs.

Staff needs to wear masks for Covid. The hotel was pricy for being similar to other chains, but it was nearby when we needed a place to spend the night and served its purpose.

The room was cold and the shower was cold. We couldn't get it to get hot which is why we checked out instead of extending our stay like the first time.

The place is great, we love it. This is the second times me and my husband stayed with Hilton Garden Inn.
