No bulb in desk lamp in our room. Lady at the desk got one. Refrigerator was not running. Plug breaker had tripped. Your cleaning staff showed make sure all is working when they clean.

For the price per night, the rooms seemed a little outdated and having to pay for breakfast that has been complimentary elsewhere was shocking to me.

Good location…helpful and friendly staff…easy to find and close to major highways that are centrally located to the city but quiet as well!

The coffee maker was dirty and mildew was in the shower. Hair was on the bathroom floor, along with being on the shower walls. The sink was kinda of stopped up and the handle leaked water

The location wasn’t ideal for our stay, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. If I’d come to visit the space center it would have been ideal

The fronts desk clerk was extremely helpful when our plans made it necessary to check in early. Also it was a newer property, and was extremely clean and well maintained

Overall a nice stay. The staff was attentive. However, as we waited for an attendant to check us in, she took a few minutes to get there and was not very friendly and seemed to be "rattling off a script" she'd been instructed to say. Which initially I thought was rude. Then, I saw that she was also cleaning and sanitizing the hotel when not at the front desk. So, in the multi tasking she may have lost some enthusiasm for customer service and just wanted to get her job done. Something management might want to be aware of when scheduling staff.

The hotel was clean and orderly. The room was nice. The king-size bed was very comfortable and I particularly appreciate the fact the HVAC was thermostat controlled. A small thing, but I like the Neutrogena brand toiletries.

No complimentary breakfast of any kind. I understand paying for dinner but breakfast?? For the nightly rate a continental breakfast should be included. Also in the hall leading to our room you could smell wet dog. I am all for pet friendly and thankful the odor wasn’t in our room but I thought this should be brought to someone’s attention

Their is a very expensive pet fee and it is per animal. The pet fees cost more than a 1 night stay. The hotel contental breakfast is not included but is very nice selection.

The toilet leaked a substantial amount of water onto the floor when flushed. I had to put towels down so that we would not slip. Although the room and the bathroom were clean there were 2 used washcloths hanging on the shower curtain rod near the towel rack.

The hallway carpet needed re-stretched badly! There are huge lumps, ridges all over, not just in a few places, on the 2nd floor. An elderly person, toddler, person with balance issues, or inebriated person could easily fall. Also, the hallways weren't air conditioned, it appeared. We only had one small bar of soap in the room. Luckily, I had brought samples from previous hotel stays with me for shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Location was perfect for visiting the Space Center and Botanical Gardens. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly and laid out towels for us as we headed toward the pool (I had called earlier and asked if pool towels were available). Employees were very helpful. The lobby smelled great! Even though the flowers were all probably fake, you felt like you had walked into a garden upon entering. There were also plenty of luggage transport carts available, so we were able to bring in our luggage in one trip. We enjoyed the pool, but wished there had been more shade because the chairs were pretty, but black and hot!

We booked because we love Hilton garden inns because of the pool areas. We arrived at check in because the kids wanted to be able to swim and upon arrival on a Saturday we were told the pool is CLOSED for the day. We were only staying one night for 219.00. our kids were upset we could have booked somewhere even cheaper with a open pool.

The property is very clean but we booked this for being close to the monster jam we were attending. We played 219.00 for one night.
