This is of course a seasonal thing and I’m sure it gets done when it’s possible due to windows being so large, but they were dirty. I could almost not make out the views, but this is understandable due to winter There was no bottled water (except vitamin water to purchase. We could have brought some w us but forgot. Grout in bathroom might need help in a few places. It it was clean

My only complaint was that my room was too warm. It was 72 degrees when I arrived. I tried to cool the room down, but regardless of whether I selected Cool or Heat, it blew hot air. I ended up turning the system off for my stay and it still only got down to 70. Made it uncomfortable to sleep in.

Location was great. Staff was nice. Waitress/bartender in restaurant was fantastic.

I didn’t like that I could not enter the hotel through the front entrance and had to drive around to the side of the building. It was confusing, especially at night.

Very close to where I needed to be. Very clean. I liked the soaps and lotions in the bathroom and how they are in a pump. I had no problem hooking up my laptop to the wifi. It was pretty quite around my room and peaceful.

The property is dated. The elevators look dirty, with scratches and old carpet. We could not enter the building through the side doors with our room key in the evening.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was very quite during the night and morning. The desk staff and waitress were super helpful and accommodating.

Our bed looked like a u shape, it was so sunken in in the middle. Very uncomfortable!

The price 200 a night from my travels overpriced. Breakfast was 15 for what should be included for 200 night. It was 10 degrees outside. So there's no walking around like summertime. I'd hate to see what they charge then. And at those prices in this economy cant afford anything else. I brought my lady for a bday weekend on the town. I dont make CEO money, but when I do ill look elsewhere. But was a nice room.

The lighting in the room was poor… But I liked the suite. The bed was not very comfortable. A little pricy; but it was downtown on new Years Eve.

The expense to park the car. Mostly out of Hilton’s control but it was pricier to park than I expected but the parking garage was less than block away.

A buffet or plated option was nice. We upgraded the hotel deal to include breakfast and both options were included with that. The buffet offered plenty of options for all.

The parking set up was not good you should not have to pay $20 every time you come and go
