Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

You will be offered garage parking to the tune of something like $20 per night… if you’re there on a weekend, street parking is free, so TAKE ADVANTAGE!!
Great location and easy to access. The hotel was clean and quiet despite it being a busy weekend. The room was very comfortable and I slept well, which is rare for me in hotels!

Didn't get the room advertised. Booking said there was a $25 property credit but there wasn't. The free breakfast was a 4 out of 10

Our first room had some stains in the bathroom so the front desk moved us and were very accommodating.

The breakfast wasn't worth the $13.99, wasn't very good.
The gym was better than expected, nice selection of equipment. The shower in the room was really nice.

It is not in the best area, though i did not feel unsafe. When we left, could not use the elevator in the parking garage because a homeless man was inside! Also, i didnt notice that we were going to pay extra for parking because it was in a metro area. I would have booked further on the outskirts.

The pillows offered no support for your head or sleep. They were uncomfy.
Didn’t have the breakfast, but the location was key for us. Can walk to everything in the downtown area.

In our room both beds were dirty. I flipped one comforter over and there was dried/stained blood on it.
Clean & staff were extremely nice. They made the hotel worth staying at.

I didn’t have information about parking before I arrived, and it was a little confusing. It’s downtown to we park in a ramp adjacent to the property, and need to pay $20 per day for parking.
The room was beautiful and so was the building.

Nowhere to hang wet towels 😬 Pillows were too flat. Loud kitchen staff during dining.

The pictures online were misleading about what the room would look like. The Deluxe King Room showed beautiful windows. Apparently not all of the Deluxe King rooms had those windows so we didn’t get one of those rooms. I wouldn’t have paid extra for that if I would have known.
The location was close to where we needed to go.

The location is sketchy, and you have to park in next door structure (which is connected by a safe walkway on the 2nd floor); but if you park on a different level, you better not be alone.
The location is sketchy, downtown. I was greeted at the front door by a friendly, kind doorman; and he told me not to walk around the building outside at night. Good info. for a scarey location.

The person checking us in obviously didn't want to be there. He wasn't very friendly. The room we were given had two queen beds, even though we reserved a king room, and it reeked of weed. We went back to the front desk where the guy seemed quite put out at having to correct this mistake. Not a word of apology. After several minutes he changed our room to a king. The rest of our stay was quite enjoyable.
Great breakfast. Centrally located. The bed was quite comfortable.

Music in lobby was super nice but also super loud--maybe just a tiny bit quieter.
