You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI didn't like the worker on staff for breakfast. He did not communicate well while verifying if I had paid for breakfast or not. While I was making my plate he just walked up to me and asked what room was I staying in, like I was stealing breakfast. There was a white male that came down with me and he said nothing to him until he sat down to eat. If God wasn't with me I would have cussed him out and made a scene

United States of AmericaWe had ants in our room since the first day..when I went to the front desk to reported, the employees seem to be too busy having a conversation in between them and acting like I wasn’t even there…when someone finally asked me what did I need, I told her the situation and she acted like it wasn’t a big deal.
The pool was nice and the patio too, also the workout room was nice really hot but nice.

United States of AmericaThe only complaint I really have is there was some kind of mold in our room on the light fixtures above the microwave area and I'm not sure why. We kept finding little black beetles in our room and not sure where they came from but it wasn't detrimental to our stay.
I liked that the location was perfect for our needs. Very close to everywhere we were going and close to lots of stores and restaurants. Also, the bed was comfy and the staff was nice!

United States of AmericaI stayed here the weekend of December 16th. what I didn’t like was the staff at the front desk, we TRIED to check in at 12am.. I had a room booked with a friend and she called the day before and added me on to be able to check in since she would be arriving later, they assured her that was fine and I’d be good to go. I got to the hotel and the older bigger lady who worked night shift at the front desk was VERY rude. very snappy, from the beginning. like she didn’t want to serve me. I let her know that my friend had added me on to the reservation so I can check in. she immediately shut me down and said “no she can’t, I can’t let you in without her” and proceeded to go on about her business. I had to sit in my car in the parking lot for 2 hours with my children and wait for my friend. the last time I stayed the gentleman was very friendly.. I don’t know who this chick is. VERY unprofessional
the property was very clean, I’ve stayed there a couple other times. I come in town frequently, and this is one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed in. love the renovations as well.

United States of AmericaThe ventilation system in the room, whether on AC or heat, was soooooo noisy it would wake me numerous times during the night. The elevator seemed annoyingly slow to arrive and only one of the two seemed to be working. I prepaid through Booking.com for breakfast at $13pp for a total of $52. Hilton only credited me $10 pp for a total of $40. The desk clerk was very friendly and sympathetic to the situation, but apparently Booking.com was in error, so I guess I need to get after them for my missing $12. Also, no one (until I was checking out) seemed to know anything about how a prepaid breakfast worked. We didn't try any menu items, but their breakfast buffet wasn't that good. Bacon was cold, hard and very greasy, eggs and potatoes luke warm. Danishes were dry. They do have a tasty cranberry muffin, a nice selection of fresh fruit, my husband liked the oatmeal.
Friendly, attentive staff at desk and in the cafe.. My tv remote wasn't working and they sent someone within 5 minutes of notifying the front desk to give me a new remote. Very clean room. bed and pillows were comfortable. Had drinks at the bar area and my cocktail was perfect! The area seemed quiet and safe (we accidentally left the passanger door to the car wide open one night for a few hours and nothing was missing or disturbed) and was close to restaurants and shops. Easy access to the freeway. I would stay here again except for the noisy ventilation. maybe earplugs next time!
