We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThis property needs a jacuzzi. To spend so much on the stay , granted it is pretty the pool was so cold even tho it was heated . I would come back every time definitely if there was a jacuzzi .
There was a blonde woman I can’t remember her name, at the front desk, we had asked for hot chocolate and she came out with the works fr . Mugs , spoons , hot water thermos , everything . She’s amazing and deserves a raise

United States of AmericaThe pillows were all the same feel and too soft. There was no desk lamp however it was easy fix by moving the floor lamp.
Lobby felt welcoming even with construction in progress. Parking was convenient. Location felt serene since it wasn’t in major thoroughfare. Bathrooms were well designed and above grade quality.

United States of AmericaI have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn many times of the last 10 years and the service has always been excellent. The property is older and it is starting to show wear and tear. I strongly feel the property needs to be updated and remodeled. The furniture in the lobby, bedrooms and carpet are very old. I am hopeful this property will be updated and remodeled to meet the Hilton Hotels standard for excellence.
I would like to say the front desk representative Julian gave exceptional customer service. The bed that I slept in on my first night stay was extremely uncomfortable and Julian change my room immediately. He made sure the second room was okay and that I was happy and satisfied. Thank you Julian for your awesome customer service.

United States of AmericaThe staff who cleaned the rooms were also very nice but it worried us that for the most part, they were not masked. That felt unsafe (for them and for guests). We wish the lighting in the rooms could be improved b/c it is very dim. Other than the name of the station on the TV there was no way to quickly understand what's showing when and for a family, that gets tedious. Is that a cost cutting issue?
The staff at the front counter are very nice, welcoming, helpful. The fitness center is good. It was quiet.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom floor felt a little grimy, I didn’t like the carpet, it looked old and some stains. The pull out couch was a little noisy and we didn’t find extra pillows or blankets for the pull out.
The bed was comfy. Breakfast smelled and looked good, I’m just sorry that I didn’t get the chance to enjoy it. It was a good location, very close to dining and shopping. Went for a wedding and both park and reception hall were less then twenty minutes away.
