No resoect about booking made, absolute lack of interest in customers from some of the staff. We had booked a triple room for 4 nights (we were traveling with our daughter). When we arrived, they had sold our room. They gave us 2 rooms and promised to sort it out the following day. On day 2, they did not only not give us our room, but they again had sold one of the rooms to sonebody else (Casey said there was a leal ave, not trie, they dold it) and made us move things to another room, again. It was a joke, new room was just next to all machines with the worst noise, so we had to change again… We can flex on options, but if the hotel makes a mistake, at least they would need to try and disturb customers the least, not to say compénsate. When explaining to Casey that this was not ok to be packing and unpacking, he rudely talked over me saying that a room would not appear by magic (it was day 2) and basically threw the key to me. Other customers offered even to Exchange, it was really an upsetting situation when all you want is to have the room you just booked or at least avoid having to pack and unpack 2 of the 4 nights. In all the moves, i lost one earring that never appeared. A girl at reception tríed to help at that occassion, with no luck. A lot of noise from people partying in rooms at the weekend, although thats not hotel’s fault. Premises are ok however it is really a pity that they only think about making money and dont put customer at the centre.

Good size of the rooms for Manhattan. Very confortable beds. Free coffee next to reception in the mornings. Safe area, next to subway.

The small refrigerator made a continuous on and off noise all night. Luckily we were tired enough to fall asleep to it. Also needed an additional blanket.

Maybe a little far to Times Square, Broadway etc. but if you know how to utilize subway it's fine

room was spacious and queen beds were nice. Bathroom was also a good size. Location was great for our event. The restaurants nearby were very good and the subway was convenient. I also liked they agreed to check bags after check out on the day of departure.

The door of the walk in shower could not latch. This caused water to flood the other parts of the bathroom floor. Every other amenities worked well

Location of this hotel was very good and close to more than one metro stations, therefore making accessibility to other tourist locations easy. There were also lots of restaurants and shops around which made it easy to opt for food outside the hotel. Room was excellent with a very comfortable bed and a lovely outside view. I was on the 14th floor and had a good side view. Housekeeping services is for every other day so you may want to keep this in mind. Overall stay was excellent. My mum and I liked it.

For the city center of New York this was an excellent stay. The location was very central and close to restaurants, metro, attractions. Safe area. The hotel was not very modern but clean and well maintained.

I did not like that we had to request for the room to be cleaned or it would have only been done once in 6 nights.

Great location, 10 min walking to 5th avenue, grand terminal, Central Park. Metro- just 2 minutes walking from hotel. Great staff, especially Miriam- kind and lovely person. Room nice size, warm, cozy bed.

The rooms are small and felt crammed by the large furniture, rug looked old. Overall room looked outdated. There was an incident, a gas leak explosion, during my stay and all surrounding avenues and streets were closed off. It was difficult and challenging to get to the hotel. No apology or help or credit offered by the hotel.

The front desk was very courteous and allowed me to do an early check in when I arrived after a long overnight flight. Great location close to Radio City.

Our guest stayed at the hotel this November and overall had a positive experience. The hotel's location was excellent and it was clean and well-maintained. However, there was a situation where she left her shoes in the room after checking out. Upon contacting the hotel the following day, she was informed that her shoes were not found in the room, implying that someone might have taken them. It unfortunately left a bit of a bitter taste at the very end of the experience.
