Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaCommon areas are fine. Room a bit odd for non-disabled, e.g. low mirrors and shower head, oversized room for wheelchair navigation.

United States of AmericaThey charge for breakfast when you pay so much for the room and the choices after you paid for it were very limited. Almost every other hotel we stayed at during our 12 day road trip had complimentary breakfast. On the back side of the building the parking lot needs more lights....it was very dark.
The facility was very clean and the room was very comfortable.

United States of AmericaThis room would have been $129 a year or two ago but now it's $155. Breakfast was a little pricey too. The hot items could be increased to include pancakes or french toast. On the up side, the gal working was fantastic - very hospitable!
The staff was wonderful! The room was very clean and comfortable but one of the bedside lights was broken. The lighting in the room could be better but all-in-all the room was good.

Canada-Beds in our room were very soft (which others in my family liked, but not good for those needing a firm mattress for back support). If one person moved in the bed, the whole bed jiggled (we called them Jello beds). -There were no recycling bins anywhere in the hotel. When I asked one employee if the city had recycling he said that the city of Plymouth recycled paper but not plastic (although an online search indicates that there is recycling for plastic). The hotel was giving out complimentary water bottles (which I'm sure many people appreciate), but this shouldn't be done with no option to recycle. I was able to refill my personal water bottle from the water jug in the lobby, but it's a shame to think about how many bottles go into landfill on weekly basis from the hotel. -Wifi was not great in our 3rd floor room (slow, logged us off more than once), but it was fine in the main lobby.
-Beautiful main lobby. -Pool was in a good spot, clean and fun for the kids. -Room met expectations (clean, had storage for clothing, fridge, etc.). -Loved all the ZERO/o products in the bathroom (eco-friendly, chemical free). -Staff was courteous. -Short drive from downtown Plymouth, close to highway to head to Cape Cod. -Good pillows (not overly big like in some hotels).

CanadaContinental breakfast was not included and was not paying the extra. Most people travelling look to have the breakfast included. Last time we stayed in Plymouth we stayed at Hampton Inn we will go back there as the amenities were similar and a great brekfast was included with same price for room. When we arrived we thought the breakfast was included but were told based on our rate it was not.
The breakfast was not included so we did not pay the extra.

United States of AmericaThe room we had needed remodeling; the noise of the elevator, even the AC, was not helpful for good sleep; unbelievable that Hilton would remove their jacuzzi's & this one's pool was awful (not clean); could not believe Hilton thought their breakfasts, which were no different than most hotel chains was worthy of charging their customers extra for! So be it - done with Hilton's because of all of this!
Loved that EVERYONE on staff was very friendly & helpful.
