You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Appreciate the staff very much Greg, the manager, and all the staff there at the front desk Tony, and the waitress at the restaurant Cathy were very helpful. Unfortunately I had came in late on a day that I reserved and they were able to refund my money and accommodate me for being late with the same room that I reserved prior. Thanks to the entire staff really made it comfortable for use while on business

United States of AmericaThe remote control to the TV wasn't great. Not very responsive. Also the comforter slipped off very easy through out the night BUT, we asked for an additional blanket and that worked out alot better.
Staff was awesome!! Our view was amazing and the bed was cozy. Restaurant was great service and food both, we enjoyed breakfast. Very good and great portions.

United States of AmericaStayed 2x both heading to and returning from SoCal. Liked the "sealed" doors that let us know the room was fully sanitized. Unfortunately, the seals were not there on the way home. Liked the sign requiring masks on the entry door. Very disappointed that this rule was not enforced and far too many guests were walking around unmasked while indoors in common areas. We also changed return booking to here from a hotel in Ashland and made the front desk aware. Disappointed that they neglected to carry our request for extra pillows forward to the subsequent booking and we had to call down and ask again.
Great breakfast cooked to order by a chef who knows what he's doing! Amazing table service by Cathy!! Makes an actual great tasting cup of DECAF! Never knew that was even possible. Also noticed that she sat guests as socially distanced as possible. Give this lady a big fat raise!

United States of AmericaThe coffee maker did not work. Even if it did, they left enough coffee for one cup and and one creamer each. Water bottles were $2.50 each. No breakfast. Very stingy and not complementary. Not much better than a Best Western. I expected better.
