The associate lady at the breakfast bar was a little rude when we asked about how breakfast went she ha a attitude and told us to hurry up because we didn't have that long. And then asked us if we had the money to pay. When that happen we decided to go and eat elsewhere.

Everything was wonderful room was greats. The front end staff was very pleasant.

Not having a complimentary continental breakfast was not ideal for the price of the stay. So adding that expense made the stay too high.

For the price you pay this hotel needs an upgrade.our first room had a clugged sink that leaked the evening janitor couldn't fix so we had to move to another room late because I got off from work at 9pm.The bathroom door was warped in the new room and stains on floor.our rooms were clean but just stains on floor and some on walls it just needs a make over we paid almost 700 dollars for 2 nights .Friendly staff .

We didn't get breakfast teres a charge for it.For the amount you pay for a room there should be free continental breakfast.Location was wonderful. Staff was wonderful.

When booking thru Booking.com the receipt was not clear as to whether breakfast was included or not. When the gentleman attempted to get help for us from a lady working that morning, she was rude. We stay in a lot of hotels and usually love The Hilton Garden Inn. We were disappointed in the way she made us feel less important because we booked thru Booking.com. She stated the room rate we paid did not include breakfast. However, we paid the normal room rate after our genius discount received by using Booking.com. Plus, it is more convenient using Booking.com because they save the hotels we frequent when visiting family. Luckily we have no desire to visit the area again, so we can avoid this particular hotel. Also, if the staff think the people who use hotel discount apps are beneath them, perhaps they should not allow them at that facility. Or, they could train their staff to be more considerate and know how to read receipts. I feel we did pay for breakfast but we decided to go elsewhere because we didn't care for her disrespectful attitude.

As expected, the room was clean and comfortable.

I love the Hilton Garden Inn...perfect location. Shopping, mall, movies, restaurants...just awesome. Love seafood?? Go to Croakers Spot on Old St. LoRd Have Mercy and thank GOD for good food!!

Worst breakfast options EVER! We have stayed at $69 per night hotels that have a better breakfast - FREE! Not only that, but $9.95 for very light options and toaster that did not work. Fruit, bagel or croissant, coffee or tea. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN BREAKFAST.

The pool and jacuzzi had a white-ish looking chemical osubstance all on the top so we were unable to use it.

Noise coming from the hotel's HVAC system outside could be heard in our particular room which may be annoying to some people. Didn't affect me since I'm not a light sleeper.

Hotel and room was clean/comfortable, and expectations were met. Hotel was close to many food options and stores which was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

There was no air vent in the bathroom to help with smelly boys and foggy showers.

The moment I walked in it smelled fresh, clean and crisp. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. An thermostat was in our room which helped make sleeping a breeze.
