My sheets and pillows were worn out. I felt like I was getting in a bed that someone else slept in. Not good! Room was nice.

The amount of money you charged was not fair, we couldn’t use the pool or Jacuzzi and you all knew that before we made Reservations. But you still Advertise it as if it was available to others and carried the price up higher.

Evidently the building has been undergoing renovation for some time. This made things a little inconvenient.

There is only one small lamp between the beds, which is not good if one person wants to read. There were no available/accessible electrical outlets or USB charging ports. We got lost trying to leave in the dark at 4.00 a.m. - no markings to show you the egress!

The hotel had easy access off the highway and was close to a gas station. It is by itself, with not much around. Undergoing renovations, so it was a bit messy. The staff were very friendly. The beds were awesome as were the TV and internet. The toiletries were nice and the tub was low enough not to be a problem for people with mobility issues. Shower pressure was good and the water was hot. Seemed to be well insulated against outdoor noises. Loved having a bar and small restaurant on the proerty.

Frequent construction sound during daytime hours due to current renovation project. Elevators are slow and rather dirty, and corridor floors and check-in floors did not appear to have been swept recently. Inadequate lighting in our room. Hot tub is out of commission (which for me was a perk). A free breakfast should be included for the price of hotel room (134.00 plus tax/fees).

Newly renovated room on the 5th floor (the facility is currently undergoing renovation). Keurig coffee machine in room, fridge and microwave oven. Bed comfort is adequate. Our room and bathroom were very clean. Plenty of bath towels.

I travel with support animal. All other hotels took documentation . Your staff did not, refused it and told said if it’s emotional support then we don’t and charged me 50.00 which is totally ridicules. She was very short with me and not very friendly. I will book elsewhere next time .

Prices...We had dinner...not that great and spent over $40. for soup, appetizer, and a plate with fries and chicken. Not very appetizing. Breakfast was not complimentary, so we ate elsewhere. I feel everything was overpriced.

Too little parking and/or appropriate parking for vehicle type. Unable to reach property staff by phone and 800 number staffer had language barrier and trouble understanding simple question/request. Also, she was unable to reach desk staff at property and “left them a message”.

The hotel was very run down. The toilet handle was broken in our room. There were holes in the walls and damage to other areas. The sheets were clean but ripped.

The mattress was in need of being replaced. If you ventured off the edge, you felt like you were being sucked down a drain in the center of the bed. Carpet was stained.
