We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaHotel interior very dated and really could use a refresh. The interior of the rooms and restrooms could use some TLC. The wall sockets and the USB Plugs are pretty loose and worn out, kind of hard to keep devices plugged in.
My Bed Was Very Comfortable, My Room Was Clean. The CSR that greeted us upon our arrival was amazing. I definitely would come back just because of her. I loved having fresh breakfast as an option however the cook really needs to learn how to cook omlettes without overcooking them. The waitress was AMAZING.

United States of AmericaThe room smelled musty and stale with faint remnants of cigarette smoke, and the paint on the wall and ceiling in the shower was sloughing off. They need to install exhaust fans in the bathrooms.
The location was perfect, a very easy drive to and from the airport. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with decent water pressure. It was a cheap price for a short weekend stay.
