We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThis was a big Hilton disappointment. I've stayed in numerous similar facilities, and this stay was an outlier. The room was rundown, the shades were broken, as was the phone to call to the front desk. The restaurant was unprepared for the number of guests that were there. I chose for the Hilton brand, expecting Hilton service, and that was not it. Given the exorbitant price at the time of booking, I would definitely not recommend...
Easy accessible by car, the issues with the room were fixed relatively quick.

United States of AmericaWhen the hotel staff found that I was a single woman and it was difficult for me to return to the hotel to argue, they deducted all of my deposit, and never even communicated with me, and shifted all the responsibility to me. As a result of packing up my personal belongings, I left some rubbish in the room. Before checking out, I asked different hotel staff many times whether I can leave rubbish in the room. They all said, "You can leave any rubbish. We will help you clean up.” However, after I left California, they deducted my entire $200 deposit for two days and said that I left too much garbage. They never mentioned to me what kind of rubbish is too much in our previous communication, nor did they give me any criteria for their assessment. I think if they tell me how many charges I will have before, I can hire a worker, at a price of $50 per hour, it only takes an hour to throw away all the garbage for me. After I left, the hotel staff just sent me a serious email, threatening me, saying that I did not communicate with them enough, and accused me of not considering them. There is no room for communication and negotiation for the unreasonable deductions. How delicate cleaner can make $200 by simply throwing away a few cartons of packed garbages? I want to ask, why? Can never stand such a rascal hotel.

United States of AmericaRooms are uncomfortable due to improperly working air conditioning. It would work then shut off in the middle of the night. The fire alarm went off randomly at 7 am, I had to wake up anyway but it was quite alarming. I was also charged for 4 people when it was just me and my fiancé.
First room smelled awful upon arrival. I immediately let them know and they professionally changed rooms. However, the air conditioning in the room didn’t work. Rooms are not perfectly clean.

At check-in receptionist indicated that my pre-paid rate for one night through booking.com had increased from 328/night to more than 500/night and I would have to stay 2 nights instead of one to get my original rate. I never booked for two nights. I had to get all of my documentation from booking.com to keep the reservation as originally booked: (one night at $328). Reservationist indicated that "it is very difficult to get anyone from booking.com on the phone, so good luck with that!" Check-in took more than 30 minutes to get the Hilton's error corrected and have the booking reflect my original reservation. I was traveling with a minor and this delay was quite stressful after a long drive to this destination. 2. Check-in materials and signs at poolside indicated that the hotel pool was open until 10 pm. The pool was dark and there were only already used towels at poolside when we tried to swim at 9 pm. My daughter requested clean pool towels for our swim. The reservationist indicated the pool was closed 8 pm and no towels would be issued. We went back to our room and I confirmed that both the pool sign leading into the pool and on the pool deck, as well as the check-in welcome materials all confirmed at 10pm closing. I called the front desk to query and the same receptionist that checked us in said that the pool always closes at 8 pm. I confirmed that all signs and materials reflected a 10 pm closing. The assistant receptionist was kind and apologetic and issued us towels while the unprofessional receptionist went to check signs. She came back and said that the signs were wrong but we could swim briefly. No pool lights were turned on for us, and my daughter and I quickly hopped in the water for a short swim that was not as relaxing and welcoming as we had hoped. The lead night receptionist was extremely rude and unwelcoming at every point of contact and not reflective of HIlton's traditional standards of excellence.

United States of AmericaThey couldn’t accommodate an earlier check-in, even just a couple of hours earlier. I was hoping to order room service and was told there was no room service, we went to the restaurant on the roof and it was closed. We ended up going to get pizza across the street. I understand a lot of hotels are still understaffed, but it was still a little disappointing. It would have been nice if a continental breakfast was offered, it ended up being cheaper going out to breakfast than eating at the hotel.
Staff was friendly and room was clean. Location is perfect for those visiting with college students.

Front staff did not greet me or my family when arriving or leaving the property…even when just chatting amongst themselves and not helping other guests. I have stayed here many times while visiting my college boys…this will be the last.
