Taxes are high! We did not realize so many taxes were added to the cost of the stay. They did not serve dinner on the Saturday night we were there, and we wanted to eat there. So, they told us of another place to go just close by, and that worked for us. Not sure if the kitchen was open on Sunday for breakfast. We left early.

Did not eat breakfast there, only used the bar and snacks. It was good. Location was good, Very clean and secure place.

The swimming pool was cold and the spa was under maintenance. Next time before I book a hotel I will call and ask about the swimming pool and the spa if ready otherwise I will not go there. It is for my kids and they were a bit sad

Cost of parking was a bit high.

Location proximity to convention center was ideal. Beds & pillows are comfortable. Also appreciate microwave in room.

Housekeeping kept harassing me at 9am asking when I was leaving checkout wasn’t until 12 this same lady came back again at 11 am asking the same question. I didn’t appreciate feeling as if I was being rushed to be out of a hotel room that I paid $300 to be in especially when she was doing this well before checkout time. I contacted the front desk about the issue and they didn’t have much to say at that point my kids and I just left to ease my irritation. I won’t stay here again.

Didn't realize that the suite had a connecting door to the next room. Made noise from there a little louder.

Large room, bonus was the 2nd bathroom. Friendly and helpful front desk with knowledge of the local area. Good location to everything downtown. All within walking distance. Straight shot to access the freeway from the parking garage

Check-in took a little longer than I hoped. It seemed like one staff member was training or having an issue so I had to wait, and then the room that was assigned to me wasn't ready so they had to reassign a different room.

As someone who is allergic to parabens I appreciate the choice of products in the bathroom and that they are clearly labeled as paraben-free. The bathroom is gorgeous with great lighting.

The place was nice but the pool didnt look very clean it looked murky, plus the lifts were always breaking down. For the hotel it was expensive for it's condition. The breakfast wasn't very enlightening or didnt have enough variety. I went to a different hotel in the end.

The room could have been cleaner; it was clear that the room was not cleaned thoroughly. The breakfast set-up was unclear; usually, a waiter/waitress waits at the front and explains you whether it is just a buffet or whether you can order from the menu, etc. Instead, the waitress does not pay attention and, without asking whether it is included in your room, brings you a bill.

The staff at the reception was friendly, I had the king room, and its size was really good.

We arrived around 8pm with 2 little kids. The dinner was closed. The bar was closed. We had to walk at night in the downtown to find food for kids. If we had known this in advance, we would come prepared.

The reception ladies were superb. They go well beyond the expectation. Your hotel is lucky to have such professional and friendly staff. Especially the Shrestha ladies... both of them provided great service.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a bit too cool and the spa was maybe not quite hot enough. Spa jets were not working when we were there. All in all, a great place to stay.

For the amount of money I paid,Stop selling water and a continental breakfast could have helped instead of requiring travelers to buy breakfast from you.

Short staff in the restaurant. Our waitress was amazing, but she was bussing tables, managing the bar and room service alone, washing dishes, etc. We ate breakfast somewhere else because we didn't have time to wait 2 hours like we waited the night before for our dinner. There were even fewer people at dinner service than breakfast service. The staff was excellent and doing the best she could given the number of duties on her plate. Unfortunately, the bar tender, waitress, room service, busser, etc. had to comp several items to ensure guests were satisfied. Would recommend at least 1 add'l staff on weekends. We would've been fine, but our 3 year old was starving. Another thing, our shower head was loose, shooting water out the side all over the floor.

The pool and hot tub were a blast. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Great customer service! Rooms were spacious, quiet, and comfy beds.

Having to pay for parking and the parking spaces were tight and limited parking. One night there was no parking left but the gad an agreement with the place across the street so we got to park there but it was very very close to the hotel and they comped us one night so that was good .

Booking.com said we were in a family room which is what I booked but it wasn’t it was just two queen beds but the hotel was great and gave us a suit with a king size room with a bed and a huge living room that was separate and it had two bathrooms. All at no extra charge. They brought us up two single Rolling beds with regular mattresses on them they were reasonably comfortable but we’re way better than the pull out couch and we still slept ok. But I feel that Booking.com mislead us with saying it was a family room so you might want to reword that. Also using a pull out couch as a bed is totally not the least bit comfortable those things give everyone an extremely sore back, so we were very pleased with the hotel for bring us two real beds. Over all fantastic hotel and staff and great area.

As swimmers we like an indoor pool, which they had, but photos made it look longer than it was - and spa was not hot, jets did not work. Bathroom sink did not drain well, and bathroom near the lobby and breakfast room was filthy at 10 am.
