Good breakfast that was cooked to order. Rooms was clean and spacious. Check in was easy, as was checkout. Woudld stay there again if in area.

The fact that after I checked out the following morning I noticed my debit card was charged around $100 more then I was was told upon confirming my reservation.

The room was a little worn, one of the paintings on the wall was missing, bottom of the bathroom door was frayed a bit. Overall good but not in excellent condition.

Great location, very close to MetLife. The breakfast is not free but it is delicious and worth buying. They sell beer, wine and non alcoholic drinks on site. Beds were very comfortable. If you look just right you can see NYC skyline from your window. Has garage parking for free.

The pool area was a bit dirty and ran out of towels. Location is awkward to get to.

Access to pool room First they were cleaning and I had to wait. Another time I went at 7am. Asked the service desk why it was locked and they were kinda rude about it, told me the pool hours are 9am-10pm , when sign in pool room clearly states 5AM-10pm. Hot tub was COLD

I am quite certain that my bathroom was leaking on the inner wall, about every 3 minutes, day or night, their sounded like someone was turning the water on full blast, which was not only obnoxious, my available hot water seemed to last no more that about 3 minutes, If it got hot at all. I am positive that it was not another guest, because I had a corner room and there was no room on the other side of my bathroom. housekeeping could have been a little more thorough, but overall it was not dirty. Have you as a company considered fairer wages for your janitorial services teams? Is there a schedule for detail cleaning duties such as the windows, wallx

The staff here was super friendly, All of the folks working the desk were easy to engage, receptive to inquiries about the area, welcoming and helpful. The room was wonderfully comfortable as far as relaxing and rest.

Access via car is a bit "tricky" but not any real issue.

Room clean and spacious. Front desk polite and helpful. Were there just for an overnight bed after a wedding, not to take advantage of facilities very much - though they looked fine. Breakfast looked good.
