We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The front desk staff weren’t so courteous. They were more security than hospitable.
Housekeeping and dining staff were Excellent!! They were so accommodating, they made my family feel at home

Over the course of 2 weeks on the road, this hotel, while lovely and clean, charged more than many others and did not include breakfast in the higher fees.

Sound proofing of rooms is not as good as I've experienced in other hotels. Otherwise, it was great. Staff was friendly. I especially enjoyed your weekday bartender Johann.

That you have to pay for breakfast. Refrigerator barely worked. House cleaning knocked on our door at 8:00 am check out day asking us when we were leaving.
Close to plenty of food places. Walkable.

Breakfasts costing 13.95 when we paid over $200 for the room!! Most hotels have free breakfasts.

☆Wow! NO one-time complimentary bottled water at check-in??? Even with Hilton Honors membership! ☆Mattress a bit uncomfortable (old?) ☆No help or suggestions when addressing questions. Example: Question: Does the hotel serve lunch? Answer: No. [Would have been nice to receive an unprompted followup suggestion, such as one or two alternatives for getting lunch.]

Lack of parking & space size. Staff kindly gave his spot to me as he was leaving shortly & there were no more spots; my Ram 1500 fit just barely fit & it was VERY hard to get out & get my things out- despite the fact that I'm only 4'11 & 90 lbs.
Comfortable beds & decent breakfast. Nice staff.

It wasn't the housekeeping fault. When asked why they didn't clean our room, the manager on duty was really rude while speaking to my wife.
The location was good next to restaurants and family.

Location excellent for our activities in Silver Spring. Pool much smaller than expected, closed for two days of our stay. Toilet stopped up upon arrival.

I was charged 75.00 extra for two nights to have a dog. usually it is 10-15$ plus maybe a security deposit that you get back if everything is ok. I thought that was steep. also. we left and took the dog and told housekeeping that the dog was not in the room. please clean. she said ok and then did not. so no towels or anything replenished. no coffee in the room second morning unless you pay 13$ extra for breakfast.

Housekeeping begins knocking on doors and yelling through doors at 7:30am. It’s hard to get rest.
The free parking is excellent. The rooms are clean.

This year I paid for breakfast as a part of my room. The Saturday breakfast was horrible. Everything was run through by 7:30 but not stocked back to accommodate the other guests. And breakfast stated at 6. When I asked acout things like fruitIi was told that they were out and the cook might cut more by 10.I was so disappointed in the service for Saturday. However I found out that the staff is different on Saturday then Sunday. Sunday breakfast was redemptive. Great service always stocked, helpful staff. 👍 Thus I won't be doing the breakfast incorporation with my room anymore but I will be getting Sunday breakfast if the staff that was there this Sunday is still serving.
I stay at this hotel every year around the same time so its hard to say what exactly I like. The staff and rooms are always above and beyond. SUNDAY breakfast 😋 unbeatable.
