Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I didn't like the pool I feel like an upgrade is needed I rented for the pool but was unable to really get in there because I didn't like how the bottom of the pool look it was open but the look was distracting and I didn't like that the vent in the bathroom didn't work
The staff was very friendly very clean great location it was a couple of food spots around the area

The pillows were terrible - super thin. Also, for each queen bed there were only 3 pillows, i.e. 1.5 per person! It was very hot when we stayed, we found it difficult to manage the room temperature (more difficult than other hotels we'd stayed in).
A good sized room for 4 of us. There was a refridgerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Located close to a centre with various eateries.

They don’t clean the rooms for 5 days because of COVID restrictions and No room clean for someone who stays less than than 5 days but they will if you request for it

No on site restaurant but they did offer a decent breakfast. No other amenities that I saw.
Next to a nice strip mall (within short walking distance) that had multiple restaurant options like Panera, TGIFridays, Five Guys, IHOP, etc. Room was nice, beds were decently comfortable and staff was very nice. Overall convenient to lots of places in the area and I would stay here again.

My husband and I were put off by the additional cost of a 'brown bag' breakfast 'to go' in the morning. Along our travels, all the other hotels who normally offer free breakfast provided a similar breakfast, but at no additional charge.
The hotel, lobby, and room were immaculate! The staff was friendly and very helpful during our stay. No matter what time of day or night, the front desk was awake and smiling, ready to assist.

There was no water there for about four hours. Had to leave the hotel and go get a shower at a friend house Saturday morning, I should be reimbursed for at least one night.

I didn’t like our room had a dirty razor in the trash at hair all in the bathroom and the shower. The staff was rude. Didn’t want to give complementary waters as I’m a Hilton member. I complained to management when I checked out and nothing was done. I will not book another Hilton again or recommend family.
I like nothing. The staff was awful. Our room was dirty. I’ll never book there again or probably a Hilton.

I did not like the fact that you only had the breakfast buffet for $13.95. A continental breakfast would have been great.

I got very sick while I was staying there, and the housekeeper Selena, was so accommodating. She got me an extra blanket and extra towels and the next morning she came by to check on me. The front desk overnight manager, (I think David) also worked with me to get my room extended so I could recover another night. When I checked out, he asked me how I was doing. They were fantastic!

I complained three times about our room not being made up properly.
Breakfast was the same every day. We had the buffet breakfast but this did not include waffles or an omelette as this was an extra charge. So we wouldn’t have breakfast at the hotel another time.

There was not much parking in well lit areas. My granddaughter wanted to go swimming but the pool was filthy. I was very disappointed with that aspect.
The room was very clean & spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was very close to several restaurants.
