Breakfast wasn't very good. The heating in the bedroom was inconsistent and the sound proofing between adjacent rooms was not good, we could hear our neighbors.

Mike at the front desk was very helpful, kind and responsive to our needs!

Needs updating, the sink drain was slow. The pool was crazy with kids and parents not supervising very well.

There was a pool and hot tub together. The gym area to workout in was really nice. The room was clean.

No problem with checking in or checking out. Parking was good, did have handicapped Parking. The room did have all the amenities it was said was available.

The bed in my room was super worn out. I had back pains. It sunked in the middle. Also, the toilet was going to over flow and I asked for someone to please fix it and noone came to fix it.

I love the cleanliness. I love the pool. I love the gym. I also, love that there was a business center. Everyone was very nice.

We did not like an interaction that was had the morning of check out with an employee by the name of Retricia. While at breakfast our server had asked us to pay our bill at the front desk as their system went down and stopped working. We were met by two women at the front desk and a 3rd (Retricia) who was leaning in a doorway and did not have a name tag on. When the two women assisting myself and my family to pay the bill needed further assistance from Retricia ,she came out of the doorway with a bad attitude and immediately began to use explicit language. This became immediately uncomfortable as this interaction was taking place in front of our children. She would not address us directly and when she did, did so in an abrasive manner. This was very disappointing because up to that point we had very pleasant interactions with the hotel staff and management. The woman is employed to provide hospitality of which should not require the use of vulgar language and indecent behavior. Customer service is simple, you assist the customer, you are pleasant, and it allows the guest to enjoy the experience and refer for future reference. We would not recommend booking at this hotel again if this woman were to be the 1st person to greet or provide assistance at the front desk.

The breakfast was a traditional American breakfast and the server who attended my family was very kind. Our children loved the pool and the room was very clean.

Breakfast was not included and was expensive. Also, there were a ton of children, and the room next to us had a loud family that refused to quiet down, even after we tried knocking. We could hear them talking and playing with their shrieking kids until past 1am.

The property was clean, updated, and had a nice lobby. The bed was also quite comfortable. We also loved they are pet friendly! We were able to sit in the lobby with our friends and play cards with our pups sitting beside us. The staff was friendly and pleasant to everyone.
