There was a sulfur smell the whole time I was there. Very disorientating. Cathy(sp?) the Saturday morning manager was not friendly.

The room reservation I had made through a third party was not going to be honored until i made an issue about it and spoke with the manager. There was no breakfast offered at all because all the people were out sick but we were not told that beforehand. The tv remote did not work right. The room was very very dusty. Had not been dusted in a long time. The man who worked the desk was VERY rude..VERY rude. The visitors channel on the tv did not work we couldn't get any information for our stay. The bottle water and sodas were 4 dollars a bottle , that is ridiculous!

The bathroom appeared to not have been swept. The caulking around bathroom sink was patchy and discolored. The walls appeared to have been freshly painted, but the color shades of new paint off from original color. Permanent stains on furniture. 1 of 2 USB outlets did not work. Missing paint on door around the bathroom door handle. Hallway to room smelled musty. Paint splashes on main entrance doors to every room on 2nd floor and paint marks all over the chrome part of the doors...looks like a 5 year old painted. Main complaint is directly related to the appearance of the room and hotel hallways. Main lobby beautifully decorated and clean. Poorly done room renovations....I expect better quality coming from a "Hilton" property.

Bed somewhat comfortable. Pillows are great! Nice to have a mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. When curtains are shut, room is very dark.

Room door wouldn’t close without extreme extreme effort and pushing. Staff offered to move us but we were already unloaded.

Due to lack of help, employees,i had ask to view room before we said yes we would stay, ihad went by earlier before checkin and told them, not cleaning another bathroom while on vacation, which had been the case the last 2 hotels we stayed at in Florida...i did respray the toilet, shower and wiped down all handles. Doorknobs etc...we OF COURSE did not sleep with the spread, they do not change it in between guests, i brought my own blanket ..soap shampoo and clean towels you had to go to desk to get orchase downone of 3 cleaning crew, once checked in , your own your own with trash or daily cleanup,no rooms cleaned until.checkout..went to checkout. Our bill went up another 10. Due to someone ordering coke snickers and chips and putting on our room, imade the clerk remove it. And she questioned me twice..and twice i replied No. We purchased nothing extra unless your charging for soap.. The motel said 600ft from beach, further than that. but still a nice location...the cleaning crew recently hired did a good job but All I saw were 3. In that huge place, talked to one who SAID it was FILTHY when they started work...a week ago...terrible situation for travelers with this virus around, i carried spray bottle of disinfectant after i got to first filthy hotel we stayed at I 95 ST AUGUSTINE HAMPSHIRE....you can ask to see room before you take and pay..dont pay online...most of staff was friendly...and read your bill before leaving .....bring your own top cover....Prices are way up in tourist area.....but less service or less bang for your buck....

This is the poorest Hilton brand hotel I have ever stayed in. The room smelled sour, the bathroom was dirty and had lots of mold. I would have expected excellent level of cleanliness due to Covid and their own stated Covid precautions.

Trash in room constantly had to be emptied due to room not being cleaned. Fridge not turned on when we arrived and it took a long time to get cold even when it was turned up high. Trash left in hallways and outside building a bed frame sat for days. It just looked sloppy.

The room promised in the booking description is apparently no longer available at all any time at the hotel. No spa tubs for years. The front desk was exceptionally unhelpful. they pretty much said take what we have and like it or you can find another place to go...good luck there as its a busy weekend. And you'll get your refund in about a week or two... if you have a problem not getting the room you think you booked take it up with booking.com

I will tell you how appreciative I am of the staff at this property. They were wonderful and extremely helpful in getting my situation resolved. My wife had an accident and broke both wrists and elbow in two places. They weee very underwhelming of my situation and allowed me to cancel my trip with no penalties. However BOOKING.COM has no way of reaching them and I will never use this website again, I will go directly to the hotel
