The toilette pressure went away for some reason but was fixed right away

Shower stall was a bit slow to drain, a minor hiccup. Urban location requires transportation as the local traffic is quite hectic at most hours of the day, making walking anywhere a dangerous activity.

Located near shopping, short drive (not walk) to downtown West Palm Beach, parking garage convenient with plenty of spaces. Room was on 9th floor, but elevators were speedy and responsive. Room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff was attentive, courteous, and professional. A great value, overall.

The one restaurant inside the hotel was a bit basic in terms of available seating and layout compared to other Hilton's I have stayed in, but still good.

Rooms were comfortable, clean, and king-size room was plenty large enough for 2 people. Staff at the front desk and bar were all very friendly over the course of my 3 night stay.

That the parking garage is in another building. So it is very uncomfortable as you can't drive and offload near reception. You leave car in side street. Register. get a trolley. Go down wheelchair ramp. offload luggage. leave in lobby. go park. retreive trolley and go to room. Exhausted especially after long trip. And we were charged for the parking. Do not recommended for people with mobility issues.I forgot, almost no lighting in room. Small mini lamps so if you need to work bring a latern😁

Property seemed a little run down. Seemed set up more for player comfort than guest comfort. Drinks at bar were expensive for what they were. Give of parking garage is UGLY.

The hotel was easy to locate, booking in was a breeze, the room was very clean the coffee machine was a plus we got a good rest the bed was very comfortable. the staff in the breakfast area was very friendly and attended to us promptly. There were multiple choices at the breakfast buffet table .the food was on point we enjoyed our anniversary we would visit again. I must say the manager he texted us constantly to check on us to see if everything was OK 👍I like that .I forgot his name that was very sweet of him.

There was not much of anything to complain about. The room (where the beds were) didn’t have an overhead light or a very bright lamp, so at night it wasn’t very easy to see in that area.

I liked the location and the set up of the property. It was very close to the mall. The room was spacious, comfortable and neat. Some of the staff were very nice and welcoming.

There's no recessed lighting or lighting at all in the center of the rooms. There's no fan-system accompanying a ventilation system. so I think there should be a either a very small window or a fan in the bathroom.

I would stay in certain rooms -- the ones on the corner of the building that have 3-panel windows and provide a lovely view. The location is great.

The staff didn't know much and we asked for hand soap as our room only had face bar soap but they didn't think they had any. Was strange and annoying to not have any hand soap of all things but when I asked for feminine pads they were willing to give them if I went to the desk. Kinda frustrating that they make you pay for parking each day when I've never had to do that at any hotel and they don't put it in the cost or tell you til after you are checking in.

The hotel was very clean and new, updated. The bed was pretty comfortable.

The water flow in the bathroom, was, as appears to have become typical in the US, abysmal. It's hard to shower yourself off with just a trickle. The hand-held showerhead was unusable because of this.

The room was spotless, and the rest of the hotel was kept similarly. The staff was great. The fitness center had actual dumbbells and rings.

The strong weed smell in an elevator and dirty dishes on the floor. The bathroom door in a room is not a door at all and it’s uncomfortable to use it if you are not staying alone.
