We had one dinner and two breakfast For dinner some food from menus wasn’t available For breakfast it was lack of management Even for simple stuff like butter, or milk you should ask for it , and it was over priced

Parking was not well marked upon arriving. WAITED IN LOBBY FOR 15 minutes before seeing a hotel employee to check me in ( it was 8 pm ). Lobby was a chaotic scene with a multitude of children and adults congregating and for some running and making a lot of noise.

The shower could use some caulking, the wall needed some paint from where a previous customer bumped up against the wall and lastly the trim around the edges of the room needed attention. One more thing on the outside of the door, it needed paint from people bumping up against it with their luggage.

The staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

Figuring out exactly how to get to the door was tricky, entering from the parking garage was a little confusing. Signage seemed vague. And having a parking fee show up on the bill seemed a little tacky.

Didn’t eat breakfast. I don’t feel like a buffet is a good value since we don’t eat enough to warrant the price. Plus I like my eggs cooked to order.

The pool was closed. We are also charged for the use of the parking while we didn't use it one night and we stayed in the guest section on the other.

The staff at the front desk in the afternoon/night was very friendly and attentive. It made a huge difference. We were able to early check in and late check out. THANKS A LOT!

The only negative was the high price for our one night stay.

The hotel was very close to the venue we were visiting. The hotel was very clean, and our room was large and comfortable.

We had to circle the hotel plaza 3 times before seeing the entrance to the parking lot for the hotel. When we called to get clarification on where we needed to go, no one answered the phone. This was very frustrating after driving in from Pittsburgh,Pa. The pool was not listed on the the amenities. The breakfast buffet that was advertised was lackluster as we were told there were no pancakes or waffles. The continental breakfast was lean for $15 person. We went up the road to Sleepy Hollow and had a wonderful breakfast at Bellas for the same amount the continental would have cost us and weren't hungry until dinner time.

The lobby, hallways and room were clean and looked like they had been remodeled in the last 5 years. The location was walking distance to a handful of restaurants so we didn't have to get back in the car to find a place to eat. It's only about 20 minutes outside of Sleepy Hollow,NY.

The shower didn’t have a shower curtain and when I called down to the front desk it took a while for them to come up with a shower curtain. Once the shower curtain arrived to the room housekeeping try handing it to me as if I was supposed to hang it?

A bit excessive to charge a parking fee.

The location is excellent for dining, shopping, and relaxing. Walking distance to the dine-in movie theatre was a lot of fun - we went twice!

Fees. Free wi-if offered is useless, be prepared to pay $5 a day for WiFi. Parking is $12. Breakfast buffet is $26. I was charged $3 for something I don’t even know what. At $200 a night plus fees, it’s pricey.

Room was like every Hilton Garden inn room. Clean, modern, comfortable. Ample parking. Free coffee in the lobby.

Upon my arrival the front desk clerk wasn't very inviting. Very dry and nonchalant. Also, the overpriced breakfast. C'mon guys!!! Lastly, the hallways smell very stuffy as though there may have been some water damage somewhere, OR the carpet needs a deep clean.

Breakfast was horrible. Food quality horrible. Not worth $25. Worst breakfast my family & I ever experienced in a hotel. Fire the chef. Server was miserable.
