Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Costa RicaMy room had a weird cooking oil smell, not sure if it was related to the dish washer which was on when I arrived, the smell went away the next day
It was awesome, never had such an amazing stay in any hotel before. The staff was amazing, the convenience store was very “convenient” and room was spacious.

United States of America$20 for an 8 oz beverage at the pool was a little high for my liking.
The location was amazing since we were there for sick new world festival. Staff was super friendly. The room was perfect and exactly what was shown and promised. Exceed our expectations.

CanadaDon’t love the time share pitch. Seemed a little pushy and we were not interested.
Loved the ground and the market store. Nice to be a little removed from the madness.

United States of AmericaThe pool was cold and it didn’t stay open very late. The sheets were not the same quality as other Hilton properties, and the bed was a bid harder.
We were in a two bedroom higher floor suite and it was wonderful with a lovely view. Close to a monorail stop, and quiet as it is not in the main part of the strip.

CanadaA bit far away from the buzz of the strip and there's no casino. If you're looking for a peaceful stay it is perfect, though. The marketplace offers very low quality breakfast sandwiches which are not from starbucks but communication might confuse a guest.
Very clean property and rooms. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious and very clean as well. The pool area was pleasant and the hotel smelled great at all times. Quiet and quite different from other hotels in the strip.

United KingdomHad to ring housekeeping when first got into room as tables hadn’t been cleaned down. After travelling for nearly 24 hours and checking in was then given hard sell about Grand Vacations Club!!!!
Good location, bus stop right outside. East to get to strip and Fremont Street. Good sized rooms. Don’t have to walk through any casinos to get to room.

United States of AmericaEXPENSIVE. Not worth $2,400 for three nights. Definitely not worth paying the extra $120 for the “upgraded” room. The view was the only part worth it. Our room WREAKED like curry. It was unpleasant. We had our DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door the whole time so housekeeping would stay OUT of our room, but they went in and cleaned it anyway against their own policy. Would’ve been nice to have a safe in the room, knowing now that they would do that.
I loved the layout of our room! I loved the view from our room! It was nice and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to store our bags at the bell desk while we finished up our sightseeing after checkout before our flight out. The entire staff was VERY pleasant and friendly. Seriously good service! The pool was very nice on the one nice day of weather that we had.
