The front desk doesn't have good communication with the cleaning staff. We requested a late check out, and the cleaning supervisor knocked our door twice, even after we told her that we were leaving at 11. am

We were in the last building with no car, it takes about 10/15 min from the desk. The food at the pool bar is very bad, all we got looked like it came from the microwave. Elevators extra slow (15 min to get to the 6th floor was insane!)

The pool is so much fun, lots of hot tubs, great location. Valets super kind. Rooms very spacious. The bed was amazing. Good shuttle service.

The king size bed was harder than a rock. I have a back problem, and it was extremely hard to sleep my hips and my shoulders killed me the rest of this day.

This was the first time we stayed on the first floor, and because we travel with our two young children, the noise was awful. You can hear all the foot traffic, as well as people slamming the luggage carts in their place, which happened to be right outside of our room. We were in room 9107, we will do our best to avoid the first floors in the future.

The facilities are nice and clean. The pool was right behind the Paget House, made it easy to get to. Grills were available and clean, easy to use. Our room was serviced each morning, a lovely surprise for us. Our bed was made each time, fresh towels brought in, and garbage taken out. These details nearly made up for the inconvenience of all the first floor noisiness.

We booked for 4 but had only towels for 2. That was easily fixed, but the cleaning staff did remove the towels again. So it was a daily task to ask for more towels.

Our King Suite balcony overlooked an active building site. The only comment was obtuse like oops sorry… when brought to their attention. I get that someone has to fund further development but a lacklustre interest in my disappointment means we won’t be back despite the room itself was as good as I remember it being half a dozen years ago when we came last… the pools were busier than the past but well cared for.

Lovely comfortable bed, hot water, immaculately clean, good hair wash etc., fridge etc. outside pools etc well cared for.

Housekeeping was knocking on our door at 9:20am I find this very disturbing and rude since checkout was at 10:00 We were having coffee and getting ready to head out by 10. Housekeeping stood outside our doors for us to leave there were 3 of them. This incident really killed our great vibes about this place. I hope they train their housekeeping staff to wait until the time that is the check out to then proceed for cleaning.

The only thing that would have made the stay better would have been room service for food and drink. I understand the difficulties with this as there were so many buildings and only one main kitchen location, so it didn't seem unreasonable that this was not offered. However after a long day in Orlando, there were times I was a little sad that in order to get a snack or a drink I would have to leave my room and get the shuttle service to the main building or leave the property completely in my car. Even a limited snack (pretzels, cookies, peanuts, chips, etc) and beverage menu for room service (canned or bottled sodas) would have been well utilized by me!

Everything was great, the front desk texting service made it super easy to ask any questions or request anything I needed. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. My mattress was very uncomfortable, but I made the mistake of feeling too embarrassed to bring it up until day 3 because I couldn't actually figure out why I was uncomfortable. When I finally mentioned this, the team immediately took action and advised me they would try rotating it. This completely fixed the problem and I just wish I had asked sooner!

The concierge staff isn’t very helpful. It seems that their primary purpose is to get you to the vacation club presentation. Hilton needs to get a concierge who is there to help guests with activities and directions to enhance their stay in the Orlando area.
