You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWe saw silverfish and a roach in one bathroom. The sign outside said pet control was done in January. Owner might want to follow up on this. Also, the coffee maker had to be moved as their was no wall plug close enough. Might want to consider a short extension cord.
Very good bed, kitchen and living room. Excellent TV.

United States of Americawe communicate daily with the owner about the air conditioning being broke. I had to communicate with Evolve over 2 weeks to get some type of refund , a guest should never have to wait so long for the owners of property to some type of resolution, the air was fixed and one hour later was broke again and was not fixed until til our stay was over. we will never use this condo again and very disappointed with the follow up I had to do with the management company

United States of AmericaWe were very disappointed with the location of the unit. The description on the listing said it was a beach view condo. This absolutely was NOT a beach view. We looked out into a lagoon that has an alligator in it…and the beach was about 2 football fields away. With 4 kids that is a lot of walking. The master bedroom tv did not work half the time and the remote was broken. The condo seemed pretty clean. We did find 2 huge palmetto bugs or roaches whichever you want to call it. We will not be coming back to this place. We do not recommend this place especially to families with little kids.Please don’t be deceived by the beach view description!

The condo was very cozy and overlooks the lake! The host was also really nice and accommodating! There are restaurants on the resort. The resort staff was very nice and accommodating as well!! We also went to Poseidon which was a really nice restaurant off the resort only like 5 mins away!

United States of America1. the floor was dirty and sandy as soon as we arrived 2. the two outlets in the living room worked on and off the whole trip. 3. the light above the stove went on/off 4. there was no outlet cover on the outlet behind the bed. i know this because we had to plug in our own lamps because we thought they were not working too 5. we couldn’t use the tv in the bedroom because the remote didn’t work 6. a bird had built a nest with eggs outside in the ceiling fan. we didn’t want to disturb them, so we didn’t get to use the balcony 7. in the shower there was a fake nail left in the shower from previous vacationers 8. when pulling out plates to use they were still wet and one had something left on it from previous guest as well.
we have stayed at this same place and even same building A before but a different room. I love how close it is to the beach and the friendly staff.

Was apprehensive because there weren’t many reviews but the resort is nice! The whole stay went very smoothly. The pictures are accurate everything looked as expected.
