We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaEach room has a dehumidifier, fortunately I'm used to carrying earplugs when I travel. Towel service was on an as-needed basis, due to the hotel franchise's green initiative. Housekeeping was not entering the rooms each day. I tend to reuse towels so this wasn't a problem for me.
Grab-and-go breakfast has items like granola bars and fruit. TV had the local channels and a clear picture. Wifi met expectations.

United States of AmericaMessage light on the phone kept blinking even after I verified there were no messages and front desk said they would clear it. Only had 2 bath towels; 4 is more typical and was expected. Desk was very small & no place to keep folded / clean clothes. Only 4 clothes hangers. No place to hang a wet bathing suit to dry. As mentioned above, carpet was pretty dirty.
Location was good and room was very clean except for the carpet, which needed a good carpet cleaning. Air conditioning and dehumifier worked well. Internet was good, I think. Had trouble connecting to VPN, but not sure why.

United States of AmericaThe windows were dirty. The rooms had a smell. The coffee maker cup in 1 of the 2 rooms I rented was missing. The pool was filthy. Breakfast option was only granola bars and honey buns. I looked on their website and didn’t find a laundry room for guests listed as an amenities so I drove to a place 15 minutes away to do laundry. When I was leaving and needed to drop off the keys I saw a locked room labeled laundry room it seem inconvenient and suggest that it is stated where it’s location is at

The shower went from scolding hot to freezing without moving the handle. There was hair in the sink area when we arrived. We had to empty the dehumidifier ourselves multiple times or it would get hot in the room even with the ac going.

I HAD TO GO TO FRONT DESK GET PLUNGER AND UNSTOP THE TOILET AFTER WAITING FOR 4 HOURS. 3. Having to leave my room to use the bathroom outside of the hotel. 4. Having to listen to a leaking bath tub faucet while there. 5. KEPT hitting legs, knees on bed frame because the Mattress didn't fit it. 6. Checked out early but no refund was given
