The balcony door in the room was broken and didn’t close all the way.

Close to airport but needed a shuttle due to large highway in between the airport and hotel. Needed to call the shuttle from the pick up point. However shuttle drivers in time and friendly.

I have been a guest at this hotel on three occasions. Its proximity to SNA airport makes it an ideal choice for brief overnight stays. The bar is excellent, although the food does not meet the same standard. While the rooms are tidied, there is an odd sensation that they aren't truly clean, possibly due to a lingering damp odor. The nights are peaceful, but the parking policy is frustratingly inconvenient, as it doesn't accommodate multiple entries and exits.

An establishment like this should have people that present themselves professionally nexus to what the hotel's image is being portrayed. First, upon checkout, a girl with a nose hoop, acting exactly the way she looked - horrible! Horrible attitude and does not listen very well. The lady who was the operator upon arrival when requesting for a shuttle, has issues with listening and comprehending questions that are not scripted within her process. Just not a good representation for an establishment in a city like this....

This place is nice! I could have not asked for more regarding the location (perfect), free shuttle to airport, close by convenient store, nice simple restaurant downstairs, room was spacious with large television, room was clean, air con worked exceptionally well, bathroom was clean and the products in the bathroom are of decent quality (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner) bed was very comfortable, view was very nice for me while eating my breakfast.... The lady who checked me in was very nice and knowledgeable!

The property was a good value, however our beds were like an oversized twin which was very uncomfortable. The hotel was a little older, but the beds were the biggest issue.

The staff was amazing. They text us to see how we were doing the first night and we’re very accommodating.

Needs updates to compete with other standards of the area and what Hilton brand usually accomodates. Needs deeper cleaning in bathroom.

Location in proximity to airport was great. Shuttle to the airport started at 5am, 5 min drive to airport. Cozy big beds. Staff was nice, and room was overall nice.

When I booked the room, I booked a king bed. At check-in I was told that due to the time of arrival, there were no more king beds available. Other acceptable arrangements were made, however.

The price of breakfast was quite expensive ($25) , so I didn't order it.

The room was clean and comfortable. I checked in almost at midnight due to a flight cancellation. I had to request a toothbrush and toothpaste because of the emergency housing. The hotel was out of toothbrushes, but was able to supply me with toothpaste. The next morning, I requested deodorant and it was available. The staff were courteous and helpful.
