The staff the next morning for breakfast wasn’t paying attention and came out in the middle of my husband and I making our plates. There was another Black couple there so they assumed we were together and asked if we have tickets. I previously purchased breakfast with our rooms. However since they weren’t standing in the front where they should have been they could’ve asked for that before we began. She didn’t seem like she wanted to be working at all.

Very clean, updated, and the atmosphere was really nice. I didn’t give it a big smile just because our toilet flushed really slow and the bathroom is outdated. Other than that the room was perfect for our 1 year anniversary! would definitely stay again.

The hand shower which I did like but I was extremely disappointed when there was no water pressure and the shower button kept popping out. Also the water was too hot and I couldn’t regulate it to be colder.

Driving up, I’m saying to myself “it’s not the best Hilton I’ve seen or visited” but the moment you walk in it makes you forget about the outside of the hotel if that’s something you actually care about. From the lobby, restaurant/bar leading up to your room is Hilton standard. My room was nice, spacious & clean. The only complaint about the room is that the ottoman could be changed out for sure. The leather was peeling off bad and you can hear quite well other guests in the hall way. So I don’t know if that’s from just the guest being extra loud or the room walls are just that thin but nevertheless I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this Hilton

Things felt very dated. The pool had a light hanging from The pool wall into the water and it was concerning. The breakfast was decent, but could have been monitored more frequently for things that needed refilled.

The beds were super soft. The shower was clean and hot, and the pool wasn't under construction.

Property is very outdated and needs updating. Doors don’t shut properly so end up slamming. Mold on ceiling in room.

Checking in was harder then it should have been. We booked our stay at the hotel through Booking.com, however, when we tried checking in the front lobby of the hotel they told us the card declined and I had to go through booking to add a different card. So we had to call booking’s customer service line several times around 8-9 pm trying to figure it out. Customer service from booking told us that they could not do anything about it, that it was part of the hotel to do that. Eventually, we got it figured the lady in the front changed our card after they talked to the customer service from booking.com.

How spacious the room was and a great location.
